Q-Workshop Elvish Dice Green and White - Set of 7 Dice

I recently rolled up a new elven character for one of my DnD campaigns so I thought it would be fun to get some new dice that "fit" the character. These dice from Q-Workshop add a little extra fun to the great times that already provided by a DnD session. The set that I own seem well-balanced; not too many "1's" and enough "20's" to add a thrill or two here and there.One note of caution: the numbers are a little more difficult to read than on most traditional dice. Many of my fellow players purchased dice from Q-Workshop after they saw mine and we learned that you have to choose your dice and color combination very carefully. Some color combinations are very difficult to read and some of the stylizations in the Q-Workshop line, though attractive, require extra effort in discerning the numbers on the dice.Overall, I'd recommend dice from this company because of the novelty.

Just getting into D&D and these dice looked perfect. I've always been partial to elves in video games and will probably have my first character be an elf. That's dice really show the beauty that elves possess. Very intricate elvish writing surrounding the numbers. I don't have any problem see the numbers. The white lettering stands out well from the free dice. Only wish they weren't so expensive but I wanted time.I haven't played with them yet and I'm no dice expert but tossed them around for a while. They seem to be well weighted and roll smoothly enough. No chipping or scratching from use so far.

Okay, first things first, the picture is a touch misleading. The numbers are actually in a very cool script format instead of the block numbers shown. Anyway, this product contains all the dice you will need for playing Dungeons & Dragons and other fantasy role playing games (I use mine for Chivalry & Sorcery). The numbers and runes are carved in, so they won't wear off unless you put your dice through a lot of abuse over time, and I mean more than standard rolling for long sword damage. I have purchased dice sets like this for myself and as gifts. They make great gifts to someone who is into pen and paper role playing games.

A unique set of dice that is not just one color and somewhat bland. I like to have my more decorative dice as 'friendly' NPC's or as NPC bosses in my mind as I DM, so having as many unique colored and pattered dice for me supplements my DM style quite well.The numbers are very clearly printed and easily read as well, so rolling in front of players is not a problem for the 'more solid' rolls that you don't mind players seeing.

Bought these dice as a gift for my DM since he's always playing elf characters. They showed up promptly without any cosmetic defects. It's a pretty nice novelty set.

Sturdy and they make a really nice and full sound when they roll

They seem to keep giving me bad rolls, but that's probably down to my D&D dwarf fighter - who is as thick as paint.The quality of the dice themselves is great, they look the part at game night, and pair nicely with the Q-Workshop Elven dice bag. All in all, they really makes an impression in the game group.

Bought these as a gift for my girlfriend. The delivery was quick and the dice are gorgeous (even if the 6 and 9 are a tiny bit hard to differentiate).Buying solid colour dice is usually a bit of a risk, as they're more likely to have hidden bubbles in the plastic, which can result in weighted dice. Let me tell you though, if these are weighted, they're weighted in the roller's favour. Not a single 1 so far!
