Great Toner Cartridge
These are wonderful toner cartridge. You do not have to buy the expensive HP brand. These work just as good for 1/3 of the price.

False advertising!! Not compatible with HP M402dw printer!!
Zero stars! I removed the previous working cartridge (from another company) and immediately noticed this one was not the same form factor, but figured it had decent reviews so I stuck in it. I immediately got some sort of "memory error?" and the printer would not get past that. Afterwards, I tried to remove the cartridge and it is completely stuck in my printer. I fear that just using this cartridge has broken my printer and I'm going to have to spend over $200 to replace it. DO NOT BUY!!

Excellent Support
I'd thought I was having trouble getting the cartridge to work, but through many patient emails, I came to realize I had damaged the printer by not removing the protective plastic guard. The support was fantastic, and they showed me where I had bent the contacts that interface with the cartridges. A little work with some needle nosed pliers, and now the replacement cartridges work great. Don't do what I did, but if you do, you can count on these guys for great support!

I bought this 2 pack and 1 arrive damaged. I called Amazon and they refunded the entire amount and let me keep the good one. It has worked great for me and I am due to repurchase soon.
