Conair 2-in-1 Hot Air Styling Curl Brush

Based on my sister's use of a similar tool, I ordered this curl brush. It is easy to use and does not get too hot. I use it several times a week with excellent results. Drying time is moderate; I have very thick hair. It is light weight. CONS: The cord needs to be another two feet in length. Some bathrooms or bedrooms do not have convenient outlets. The on/off switch needs to "lock" into position. It turns off very easily while rolling I'm the hair.

This is just what I wanted. Having said that-- it has only two settings: off and on. The "on" once heated up can be quite warm. It would be wonderful if it had heat settings, BUT, the price makes up for it. The smaller size is JUST what I needed and difficult to find in a dryer curler. I'm happy!

FOOLISHNESS. This is not a bargain, I repeat, this is NOT A BARGAIN. Doesn't get hot enough or blow enough air, and can't even bend the ends of your hair. Dry...are we in a comedy club? I don't see how this would work to dry the hair while styling (my favorite way to style hair). I don't think it's fit to style a Barbie doll's plastic hair, like those never rotting burgers from those (once) golden arches - would the plastic even melt?! Such a rip off and waste of money. SNAKE OIL we trusted because of the name, who bought out our favorite brand of styling tools that is no more, RUINED BY GREED. Not even going to waste my time returning, because Amazon is likely repackaging this piece of junk and reselling it (surmising from other reviews). Hopefully that and our negative reviews results in less people bamboozled by this product, even just one. This is a $25 lesson. If you are on the fence, get off it and purchase anything else...like socks. Better value for your money - socks at $25 is a better deal than this. Seriously. And I don't mean quality socks. I'm talking, go get the cheap dollar store socks. That's a better value at the cost of this product. Sometimes, people use products wrong, don't know what they're doing, get defective items, but this one is a real fail. Save your $25 bucks because it will be wasted on this product. I will also double-check as I continue to search for the styling brush I thought I was getting, to make sure there is a heat setting button, hi/lo or hi/med/lo. It is outrageous that I've had to take time out of my day to help warn the masses of this out-loud example of fraud.

Works well, but the dryer twists off while drying.

Generally speaking the Brush works Okay, however with that said it has an obvious design flaw. The brush is locked in the same direction as you curl your hair, which means several times the brush gets unlocked while I run it through my hair. I ended up having to tape it down, but then I can't use the larger brushhead.

Great it just what I needed for my short hair style

I am a guy that uses this to shape my long beard and it works great, but it breaks easily. I’ve had 2 of them break on me already. One lasted about 7 months and another 1.75 months. Not sure why people say it doesn’t get hot enough because for me it’s too hot and burns my face. I wish there was a lower temperature option. It has a great swivel cord. The bristle attachment doesn’t lock in very well though and comes unlocked when I do my beard on the right cheek. They should make the locking mechanism stronger or have it lock in both directions. When it breaks… you can hear something rattling inside when you move it around. There’s also a burning smell too. When this happens… do not shut it off till you’re done styling because once you shut it off it will not turn back on or heat up anymore after than.

I love this hot air brush. I can use it on dry hair or damp hair. I love that it has 2 different size brushes. I personally have used the smaller 3/4" for a couple years with my shorter hair. I recently have grown my hair out longer so have now switched to the bigger brush end for looser curls. It will not dry wet hair but it does a great job on damp or dry hair. Has held up well. Highly recommend.

Não presta. Foi decepcionante. Não gira e aquece quase nada. Tentei devolver e não consegui. Melancólico. Não compro mais da Amazon.

I've used conair products for at least 25 years and in the past I've been very happy with them. This blow dryer/brush curler is terrible. It's underpowered, the fan cuts in and out and makes an awful whining sound when it's on and it literally does nothing. The temperature on it is lukewarm at best and it neither dried nor curled my hair. I'll look for a similar product elsewhere- this one was a waste of money.
