Well organized and perfect for 5 th grade social studies

Ordered 9/4/23. It is now 9/21/23. The 5-stars is for the workbook. Delivery service receives -10. I needed this book 2 weeks ago. No explanation or email telling me why the item was not fulfilled.

This book is amazing! Exactly what I was looking for! It will be a great resource for my classroom!

I homeschool, and we were using another curriculum for American history that only goes as far as the Civil War and often goes too much in depth on random topics and people. We used that curriculum only for the revolutionary era, then switched to this book. I wanted a curriculum that gives a good overview of ALL of American history up to modern times, something that could be done quickly and then supplemented with other, more interesting resources for kids, like videos and books. This fit the bill for me!

My 5th grader used this book along with the 180 Days of Social Studies book, they paired up nicely. This was our 1st year using the Core Skill Social Studies book and my 5th grader thought it was easy to read/understand.

Perfect for homeschoolers. It has chapters you can actually read & learn from.
