Green is easier to see in daylight
Great product, as expected from a seasoned PLS aficionado. Maintains accuracy over sufficient distances and batteries last for extended periods in comparison to other brands. Would recommend to a friend.

Not what they used to be
I ordered this tool thinking that it was the same as the last one I bought. The last one was accurate to 1/16" at 100'. This one is accurate to 1/8" at 30'. Plus the laser dot is so big, it allows for nearly a quarter inch of guess work. I returned it, requesting a refund. They just sent an email saying my replacement is being processed. I don't want a replacement...this item is utterly without value to me.

NO LONGER RAISED
Great laser but absolutely horrible design for the entertainment rigging industry. The bottom is no longer raised making getting an accurate vertical point measurement extremely difficult. Returning mine and getting an older model.

Meh.?
The pricy little tool can get the job done but it blows my mind that you need to find something to sit it on or attach it to a base so you can see where the point is on the floor. The lock is confusing too. I have had several PLS machines. Its bright. I love the green but the overall design is mediocre at best. By the cheaper one in the store.
