It does the job, but some kiwis cause the wire form to bend. Mine hasn't broken yet, but I think it's just a matter of time.

The amount of times I have tried to cut/scoop kiwi by hand is embarrassing. And I don't even want to admit how much of the kiwi ends up going to waste cutting it that way. My 18 month old son loves all fruit and I wanted an option to cut kiwis easier. This tool is a game changer. It is so quick and easy and ends up saving pretty much the entire fruit. I don't know how I went so long without one. Definitely worth the money!

So easy to use with little effort. East to clean after using. Very handy when eating kiwi fruit. Well made and good quality. Clever design. Bought a second one for a friend of mine.

My son loves kiwi, but it often goes bad before I get around to peeling it and cutting it up. I don’t feel that he could use the paring knife safely to do that. Enter this tool. All you have to do is cut the kiwi in half, stick this thing in to each half separately, and turn it. I do not have overly large kiwis, and this tool still worked well. If the fruit is a little past ripe, some of the peel comes off with the fruit. But it was way easier to remove that small amount of peel than peel the whole thing. after use, it is easy to clean with a simple rinse. This was a great investment for us.

This item is amazing. For years, I haven't bought kiwis because I can't peel them. This is a total gamechanger as I love kiwis.
