Since I started taking the BeLive I have not been anemic when tested. They also taste good.

I don’t review everything I buy, but there were so many mixed reviews already on this one, I wanted to chime in with my bluntly honest review. I am not one that can take pills easily - I’ve actually avoided adding an iron supplement to my daily vitamins for that reason. But when I saw these gummies, and after being turned away for another blood donation, I thought it was worth a shot. Taste: These do have a ‘real’ grape taste... at first. But if you chew them thoroughly, as directed, there is what I’ll call a raw iron aftertaste. It’s brief, and as soon as you take a drink of water, it’s gone. I can deal with this, but it is enough of an aftertaste that if you are sensitive to it, you may not like these. But being able to chew these and not swallow a pill made this a very acceptable trade off for me. Side effects: depending on how empty my stomach was, it sometimes would give me slight nausea. For example, I could not take them first thing in the morning, before eating or drinking anything (way too empty stomach). But once I put anything in my body, I was fine just about any other time of the day, with or without immediate food intake. But the important factor... effectiveness: YES!! After only 10 days of taking them, my iron level shot up by almost 2g/dL!! And I changed nothing else in my diet/routine. While I know iron can fluctuate in women, quite a bit, for me to get to the level I measured usually requires me to eat red meat the entire week prior to testing. So all in all, I feel these do a great job! I used to never have an issue with my iron, but it pops up as an issue more and more as I’ve gotten older. And to know what factors iron plays in the rest of your body’s functionality, these are a great alternative if you don’t like pills.

Good flavor taste, works fine. Bought it for my daughter that doesn’t like to take medicine, so the gummy is a good idea.

still has an iron taste, i got it for my kid but will need to eat it myself. Not amazon's fault, hard ot hide the taste of iron lol

The taste good and work, but I only take one instead of two and they seem to have gotten moldy? Is that mold not sure really but the white spots were not there last week when I filled my pill box for the week. Bought in January and now March 1

Absolute best iron supplement our family has found. Bloodwork confirms it is beneficial for iron deficiency! Also, it is the best tasting iron supplement we've found and it is easy on the stomach. We've had a HARD time finding an iron supplement that we can tolerate for taste and stomach upset--this is THE ONE. We've now purchased 30+ times and are extremely happy! Great price, highly effective, positive taste, easy on the stomach. We appreciate this product greatly! A total game changer!

I have taking these for years, such a yummy way to take iron. This is my second bottle with the new BeLive packaging. The gummies taste so fresh now, although I had no complaint with the ones in their previous packaging. Says 3g of sugar for 2 gummies which I prefer over all of the unhealthy artificial sweeteners.

Ob sie helfen weiß ich erst nach der nächsten Blutabnahme. Sie schmecken wirklich eklig nach Blut, aber ich bekomme keine Magenschmerzen davon und vertrage sie gut. Wenn sie helfen ist das eine bequeme Alternative zu den Tabletten .

I am not sure if the gummies are edible after i received them in melted poor condition ! i cant even return it

These are one of the only iron supplements I’ve been able to consistently take. Refined sugars make my cramps worse, so I was looking for something without it. Because it’s a tasty gummy, it’s easy to remember to take, and I look forward to it. The iron has also improved my menstruation cramps. I’ve ordered multiple times

Verstehe die vielen guten Bewertungen nicht. Die Gummi-Drops schmecken wirklich furchtbar. Ich kenne ähnliche Eisen-Gummies, die wirklich lecker schmecken. Diese hier schmecken stark nach "Blut", finde zudem auch die Konsistenz nicht so angenehm. Werde ich nicht mehr wieder bestellen.
