look and feel wise, it is great product. In JIO fiber (fixed telephone) I can receive a call in clear sound quality but not able to dial for outgoing calls. Jio (customer care) saying there is no issue from JIO side. it is the issue of telephone.

Only able to Receive calls and not able to make calls

Utterly disappointed with this product. The ringer stopped working in exactly four days. When I opened the phone's lid to see what's underneath, I was surprised to see a cheap plastic electronic ringer taped carelessly in an unfinished manner, to the inside of the phone's metal body. Much better ringers are used in toys as compared to this product. I'm now using it as a showpiece. That's what it is good for. If you want a working phone, I recommend you to NOT buy this one.
