Good product, but top surface does not hold up too long when a person is ambulatory. Top layer wears through quickly and insole must be replaced. Best way to offload a sore area, though.

So, this is a very comfortable insert for a surgical shoe. The pegs, however, do come out easily in a short time, and for me, they just fell out in mass. I am hoping that this was a one time event, and I am going to try this again as my doctor recommended this product. Hopefully I can upgrade the review.But, it was comfortable while it worked and may serve someone else better than it did me.
