Divine Animals Oracle: Deep wisdom from the most sacred beings in existence

Love my deck. Goes with the rest of my collection. Lots of detail and info pretty cards.

I am impressed by the depth of Stacey Demarco's research for the included booklet. I have studied animals for many years. Yet she has provided at least one fact for each animal that I did not know. I also enjoyed the mythology she shared for each animal. Some of these stories are new to me as well. This material was well thought out. I do wonder why the artist did not share top billing with Ms. Demarco. The images she offers are each a visual delight; the oracle book alone would be only an ordinary manuscript. The book is the same size as the deck, about one hand. The print is a bit small for my older eyes, but I like that the cards and the book fit perfectly together in the box. One review mentioned that the numbers are in white and can be a bit difficult to make out. I do agree with this, and believe there could have been a better choice. But it is a minor issue to me, as I can still make it out if I tilt the card into the light. Therefore, not an issue worth deducting stars. It is odd that the Wolf has two different images. The one in my deck is the white wolf. Normally I won't purchase oracle decks unless I can see all the art in reviews. I apologize to all those who, like me, want to see before blindly purchasing. If I was techy, I would provide those images for you. All I can say is that they are colorful depictions with loads of interest and symbolism. I am thrilled to add these cards to my collection and will work with them frequently.

Let me preface this by saying this is my first oracle deck. I bought it because I have a Wicca box client who prefers me to use an oracle deck for their reading rather than a tarot deck and I have to say I loooooove this deck. The artwork is simply gorgeous on each card; the card stock is really good and makes shuffling the cards very easy. The moment I opened the card box I felt this amazing level of positive energy from the deck so I have a feeling I'll be using this quite a bit in my workings as well as for myself. For me, the price was quite reasonable; especially for the quality, you're getting. I do try to watch what I spend, even when it comes to business situations so I was looking for an excellent deck that was under the $20 mark at at least, at the time that I bought this deck, it was in my price range I try to stick to. The book that comes with it is quite good too; it sure beats the tiny one I got with my tarot rider deck that's for sure. I can actually read this book without needing a magnifying lens lol.

they came with a book that explain each card, the cards, however, need to be treated gently as they are made of paper hardened paper however they are extremely potent, most tarot card makers make the cards from hardened paper however if shuffle more brutally or handled brutally they can get damaged fast the plus side in this material is the energy conductivity hench that why I got them and the fact they have very cool pictures that very energetic and easy to read intuitively even without the book, overall if kept and treated well they are a must-have tool that lasts for years.

There is absolutely NOTHING TO DISLIKE about this Oracle Deck! The cards themselves are made of quality stock and the renderings are top-notch! The guide book that accompanies this deck is done w/much attention to detail in describing each animal portrayal & there is a small colored photo that accompanies the descriptions and meanings therein. I've collected many Oracles and Tarot decks and I have to say that Stacey's insights into the animal world are apparent throughout. The Illustrator, Kinga Britschgi demonstrates her talents in each and every card. In case you weren't aware, Stacey is an animal activist ~ one of many things in which she brings her passion & magic!

A previous reviewer noted that the wolf card was different from the one shown, and they are right - partially. The seller shows 2 versions, one with a night sky and another in a cold setting. Both are beautiful, but one is more striking than the other. I received the one with a cold setting & not the one I was expecting, hence 4/5 ⭐. Overall, I LOVE this deck. I have not worked with it yet but I know that it will become a favorite given that so much emotion is shown on each image. The colors are vivid, and the art is sticking, this deck is a gem. ❤️

I love it! One of the best animal decks. The guidebook is pretty neat, it has a lot of information about the animals and isn't solely focused on a divination message, allowing you to have your own unique spiritual interpretation based on the creatures and their stories. More beautiful artwork! I love the Queen of the Moon deck and this goes very nicely alongside it.

My favorite of my seven oracle cards decks. Somehow responds perfectly to the energy. Yesterday I put in my sleeping cat's arms 🐈‍⬛ for a moment before shuffling. Guess what card I got? Lion! Of course. Completely read my hunter-cat's energy, who is so close to me and born beside daughter and my head. (Daughter just happened to be "sick" from school that day, at 12 years old. ) Pulls the universal wisdom. Another favorite is Stacy Demarco's The Elemental Oracle.

Ich muss hier mal in die Bresche springen für dieses Deck. Ja, die gezeigte Karte des/der 1-Stern-Rezensent(in) sieht genau so aus. War mir garnicht aufgefallen;-) Aber: Rockpool macht für den Preis wirklich einen guten Job. Ja, die Karten sind dünner und glänzender als z.B. die neueren HayHouse-Decks, aber dort bezahlt man auch 10-15€ mehr. Trotzdem sind die Karten stabil genug. Wie billig muss denn noch prodziert werden, damit bestimmte Käufer zufrieden sind? Über den Stil der Karten sage ich hier nichts, denn der ist Geschmacksache und lässt sich somit nicht bewerten. Was dieses Deck unschlagbar macht ist das Begleitbuch, das 180 Seiten stark ist. Bunt bebildert. Zu jeder Karte gibt es 4 Seiten ausführlichen Text, aufgeteilt in fünf Abschnitte: 1) Erklärung des Titels/Bedeutung, 2) Tiermythologie, 3) Beschreibung/Eigenschaften des Tiers 4) Symbolik des Tiers und 5) Grad der Bedrohtheit. Ja, genau, Bedrohtheit! Zusammen ergibt das massig und vielschichtige Bedeutung. Wer an Mythologie interessiert ist, kommt hier voll auf seine Kosten. Außerdem sind alle Tiere gut und fundiert recherchiert. Man bekommt hier kein Wischiwaschi serviert. Stacey Demarco ist Tierliebhaberin und Tierschützerin und das merkt man dem Deck auch an. Richtig gut!

Es un Oráculo tan bonito, en todos los aspectos, las cartas están plastificadas y gruesa, se manejan bien, los mensajes son muy bonitos y te da una breve explicación del animal en la naturaleza, está en inglés y lo recomiendo.
