I can't seem to be able to switch on the product. i've had a replacement product, but i am also unable to make it work. am i doing something wrong?

Diagonally above the eyelashes there’s little circular buttons inside the cloud you should be able to feel and push to turn on either side. Right side is lights and left side is various sounds hope this makes sense.

What decibel number does the loud sound reach?

No idea on decibel but it isn't loud at all. When it's in the pram with the baby and I'm out of the house I can't even hear it

Can you take out the electrics inside and machine wash the cloud?

No you can't, it is supposed to just be wipe clean

Where is the control module in the back for the volume? I can't find it!

It’s inside the Snuz cover on the back. There should be an on and off switch on one side of the battery pack and then the volume switch goes between loud and quiet in the other side.
