Blood labs showed that my bicarbonate levels were very low. I had been experiencing significant fatigue in life overall. I tried using baking soda on a spoon to see if it would make a difference. I noticed more energy, but teaspoons of baking soda were too much for the taste buds. I decided to try this product. As an adult near 60, I needed more energy to work out and get in shape. When I started taking this product, I experienced a greater endurance to exercise longer and more often. Without this product, I needed 2 days to recover from one day of workout. When I took this product, I was able to do five days in a row and still feel great. Ask your doctor, check your lab work. This product is part of my daily routine and I'm glad that I found it.

I ordered this the previous Friday and it arrived right on time Monday. The packaging wasn't difficult to get into and the product arrived in perfect condition. After having taken the supplements for a few days, I can say that I think it's a great product. I have had a long, horrible history of kidney issues so finding something that supports that while also giving other great benefits is absolutely wonderful. I feel as though my body is releasing more toxins than before, and I feel better every day. I have experienced an increase in energy throughout the day as well. The only recommendation I have for using this product is to drink a LOT of water because I was getting really thirsty. The product is vegan as well, which is definitely a huge factor for me, as many supplements use gelatin capsules so Kudos to Nature's Path. I think this company values its customers as well as animals which is amazing to support. I definitely recommend this product. 10/10

This product works very well. Does not leave me with a stomach ache relieves the gas and bloating for me.

As a professional in the cosmetics/wellness industry, I find this product to be significantly overpriced. It consists of sodium bicarbonate, capsules, a plastic bottle and a label, which seems unjustifiable given the cost especially when mass production comes in to play. The markup is particularly striking when compared to lesser-known brands available at pharmacies that offer tablet or pure powder forms for about 75% less. While I appreciate the quantity of 120 capsules, it's misleading to claim that it will last 4 months when the recommended dosage is 1x - 2x a day. Furthermore, similar products on here are priced comparably, leading to an unnecessary markup by the industry that ultimately disadvantages consumers. Speaking for myself - with this price point, I’d expect transparency in the form of third-party testing results for each batch, confirming purity and quantity are consistent with the amount listed on the label (many companies are guilty of this BTW). Overall, I’m not dissatisfied by the product itself but I believe there are better value options available.

I’m a runner who likes to run short 5k and half-marathons sometimes too. I love these pills as they helped give me the energy boost, I needed for those hard last few miles. These are better than the gels that you chew, if you are a runner because they are all-natural and easy to digest as a pill that won’t upset your normal training regimen. I love the fact that the helps to alkaline the body as I have been trying to do that with a vegan diet but need some help to transition fully to vegan and these pills help to detox my body so that I can train and workout with ease! I would recommend these to all of my runner friends looking to go the distance.

I am a 40 year old woman that strives to take good care of her health, because let’s be honest, I am not getting any younger! My doctor suggested I take this so I’m now taking it I don’t know what it’s supposed to do. It doesn’t have much of a taste but the pills are not small.
