Great product!
Good value for money. Ingredients are great, no additives! I can’t speak on cooking ability as I do buy for a dry pet mix..

Brilliant!
Those dried veg are brilliant. It doesn't contain salt like others and make food reach in flavour. I use it especcialy for soups.

Lovely veg with too much tough parsnip
Beautiful in pot noodle & ramen snacks Bit too much tough parsnip (for my tastes) - I end up picking the bigger lumps out Easy to prepare & very handy when you want to add a bit of veg but can't be bothered to cut it up

Dried vegetables need to be soaked first then cooked
Dried dehydrated vegetable mix . The taste of mixed vegetables especially turnips. A large bag , good value for money. It needs a bit of preparation, 1 -2 hours soaking in cold water then cooking time 30-60 minutes, this is what I found out online.

Too much parsnip.
Very parsnip heavy. These would great to chuck in some noodles for a veggie boost but I've found they're very strong tasting of parsnip. These will be better suited to some sort of stew but I've found the ratio way off for anything I've cooked so far. I do like parsnip but this is a but much.
