I’ve only had this device for about 3.5 months. I don’t use it too frequently, as the real workhorse is my vitamix. Today, one of the blending buttons completely stopped working. I only hand wash and am careful With water contact. At least it was the single mode high power selection and not the adjustable blending option- so speed can at least be controlled. The hand blender I had previously lasted for years and wasn’t nearly as nice!! Honestly, the output of this device is a bit much. I thought the extra blending power would be a good thing...obvious, right?! But I’ve found that for small jobs, it’s so powerful, that even in the blending cup that came with it -some of the liquid flys out (filled less than half full). Oh well- return window has closed.Update: the company reached out to me and gave me a full refund - no questions asked - no issues!! I’m impressed.

I bought it for my mom as a gift because she was demannnnnnnding it albeit we already own 3 other blender of various different sizes. This is very handy because you can make some nice watermelon juice on the spot without having to wash all different parts of a huge blender. Easy to rinse and clean as long as you wash it right after use. Low to moderately loud noise, not all that annoying to the ear. I also love the different detachable wands especially the eggbeater. Overall cool and worth the moneyyyyyyyy

This is a good machine for chopping meat. super fast and convenient to make ground meat. also it is easy to clean after use.

The product arrived very fast, got it just 3 days after ordering. The blender has different functions. I made mango smoothie after received this. It only took 1 minute to make and don't have much noise. And it's easy to clean after use.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  I have tried it, and I found that this blender is good at making smooth and a milkshake. The big plastic can with a lid is beneficial when you are making smooth and a milkshake. But you need to be careful to not use it for a long time.

I have a blender of my own that I used for my daily breakfast smoothie and other cookie purposes. However, I also have an 8 month old baby who enjoys eating mashed fruits. With the purchase of this item I’m able to easily grind up some fruits without leaving any mess. I use my old big blender to make the food I make for myself and my husband and this one separate for my child.
