I bought it for my wife, we were going out this weekend and her straightener got broken, so we had to buy a new one and make sure it arrives before Sunday. I've decided to write a review for the product since I usually write reviews when a product exceeds the expectation. This hair straightener is well designed, the quality of packing and accessories is very good. My wife said she very liked it, it doesn't burn the hair as her previous one, and the handle doesn't get hot, also the working temperature is achieved very fast. Overall, she is very satisfied with the product, and I also stayed happy because I chose the right product :)

My beautician used these to wand my daughter’s hair and as you can see the results are fabulous, so not only are these straighteners but can also be used as curlers as well.

Well, this will be the second review I have tried to leave for this product. My first review was not accepted probably because I was honest, even though it was in no way rude. Light?Small platesI have long thick hair and for the most part if I separate my hair correctly and straighten it that way, it does well. Worth the money to me at that point. My issue is, I purchased this product and when I opened the amazon box, the product inside had been tampered with. It was missing items everything was just weird. I called amazon and they were GREAT (as usual) about replacing the item and sending me a return label for the weird one. I just gave a low rating because I feel like I shouldn't have had to go through that hassle in the first place, how did my item get shipped like that? Its weird! I just wanted a cheap straightener to replace my old one, and I ended up with a headache.

I would usually flat iron my hair on the weekends and leave it curly during work days since it would never last during my 9-5 job. The curling cream would do its job but it would leave me with white flecks that looked like dandruff, so I decided to upgrade to a better flat iron in the hopes of also having beautiful, sleek hair every day at work. The titanium plates I've read so much about are a real game changer; it has completely changed my views on heat styling tools. It actually leaves my hair feeling healthier than before and even though I had read of others who had the same experience, it's still shocking to see it on your own head.

This curling iron is not my favorite. It's pretty because it's pink and it heats up well but it doesn't grip your hair very tight and that's not good in my opinion because it doesn't straighten very well. I didn't return it, I just put it away and started back using my old one again.

Better than my old department store straightner that finally gave out agter 5+ years. Heats up quickly, has several different digital temperature settings, comes with handy accessories and locking feature. I have very fine hair and need to occasionally hold the plates together a little tighter with my free hand in order to get a completely smooth straight section of hair. I’m sure this isn't an issue for those with thicker hair.

This straightener is too awkward to use. I gets hot fast, but that is meaningless since you are unable to squeeze the plates together without burning yourself. This is a bust.

I bought this thinking a straightener and flat iron combo would be great....it is amazing. I travel often and it is so nice to pack just one tool and it works like a dream. I have been so happy with the quick heat up and the ease of setting the temperature. You should buy this iron you will not be disappointed.
