KBETHOS The Real Original Fitted Flat-Bill Hats True-Fit, 9 Sizes & 20 Colors

THE VERDICT: For anyone who doesn't want to read the full review, I previously owned only New Era 59Fifty hats. This version by KBETHOS runs true-to-size, is well-priced and of good quality. I would consider KBETHOS my go-to bargain flat-bill.SIZING: Very accurate - I wear a 7 3/8 in 59Fifty. I ordered a 7 3/8 and a 7 1/2 in the KBETHOS to check for size accuracy. The 7 3/8 was exactly right and the 7 1/2 just slightly too large.COST: I think the price speaks for itself, but this was considerably less expensive than other well-known brands. Even among bargain brands, it is still priced competitively.QUALITY: I have had this hat for about a month now and have used it regularly, almost daily. The bill remains flat, the hat has held it's shape up front (the front half is stiffer than the back half), and the color (black) has not faded at all. While the fabric itself is perhaps a bit rougher than my more expensive caps, the difference is more than offset by the price. I have only bought this cap in black, but the variety of available colors is fantastic.COMPARISONS: In looking for a non-59Fifty, I also looked at flat-bills by PitBull and the Flexfit Premium 210. Aesthetically, I found the PitBull to have a wider/flatter front, slightly larger sizing, and a coarser fabric. The Flexfit Premium looked great in terms of shape and fabric, but the categorical sizing limits customization and I found the Large/X-large to be slightly too tight for my personal comfort.

For the $ this is a great hat ! Don't hesitate ! I got a big dome and ordered the 8 and it fits great ! And has a very qaility feel for an acrylic lid.

I've never been a hat guy because I've never been a huge sports fan plus I never thought they looked right on me, so I'm no pro. But, if it helps anyone's buying decision I'll say what I can on it. I just received it so on first impression it seems like a good quality hat. Stitching is good with no loose threads and made with a nice material.As far as color goes, I ordered Kelly Green to wear on St. Patrick's Day but what I got is closer in color to the Hunter Green. It'll still work and it was an inexpensive purchase so not really a big deal. So if what I got is the Hunter Green then the color is pretty spot on when held next to the Hunter Green pic(on my phone anyway). But, if what I received is the Kelly Green hat ...well you get it.Sizing seems pretty accurate. I measured my head with the bottom edge of the tape just above the very top part of my ears and a little above my eyebrows while going around and I came up with a measurement of about 24 3/4"(maybe considered a big head but hey, I'm 6'7" and a little over 290lbs). I ordered the size 7 3/4 and it fits flush. Not loose but not too tight either. So if you like a looser fit then I'll let you figure out the math on that compared to the size chart. In all honesty I would go up one size if the option was available. Now I know to look for 7 7/8 for future purchases, but a 7 3/4 will fit. All in all I'm pleased with the purchase, especially for the price point. Only reason im not giving 5 stars is because of the color issue and not being completely sure I got what I ordered. I usually purchase New Era lids but after searching for my yearly replacements I stumbled upon this hat.Initial appearance and inspection lead me to believe that this hat is made well, the fit is true which is a BIG DEAL to me in lids.At a 3rd of the price of my normal purchases I am already pleased, only reason we are at 4 and not 5 stars is because the true test will be in longevity and endurance of the hat.I will update after a real break in period.UPDATE: I was really liking this hat as my New Era replacement but then I received a Flex Fit Fitted 6210 and hands down the Flex Fit is a mucher nicer hat.The material is better quality the black is darker and the hats quality is simply superior.KBETHOS is still a good hat, in my honest opinion Flex Fit is just better hands down.

Okay, buying caps has always been a struggle for me (and my big head of hair). I've ordered from others on here that were selling "XXL Caps" or "Large Fit", but they NEVER FIT. Decided to give this a try after seeing the reviews, and was pleasantly surprised that it actually fits AND doesn't lose it shape when I put it on. It was also delivers on time. I am definitely buying more caps from this seller soon and can't recommend them to others enough.

Very nice rich black colored hat. Nice shape and feels sturdy. Seems well made. I have a white cap I bought at Lids that is 7 5/8 and fits snuggly so I ordered that size. This hat is larger. It fits mire loosely than my other hat but I don't mind too much. If you want a true 7 5/8 hat order 7 1/2. Great quality for a great price.

Other reviews I have read say the hats run large but this is not my experience. I have 3 7 7/8 hats that fit a bit looser than this and required no break in. The hat fits well and is deep also wich is nice for big heads. I often find a hat that is close to the right diameter but not deep enough to sit down on my head right. For $10 shipped these hats are a killer deal and I will definitely be ordering more colors. Good rigid plastic brim too no crappy pressed cardboard brims in these. Very happy with this hat.

I have owned many flat bill hats that are fitted from a multitude of companies over the years. This has been the first 7 3/4" hat that has not fit me snugly. In fact it is quite loose...which was unexpected and very much a bummer. I've been trying to find a hat with no logos or team embroidery so this was a disappointment. 7 3/4" should just be the same size in every hat...this hat failed in that. The quality of the stitching and the material connections is poor. There are folds that show in the hat that reminds me that you get what you pay for. I would not purchase another.
