I'm a 32 F - what size should I go for?

Just to warn you, unless you are very large, E cup and beyond, this is not for you. The cup sizes are huge and are not true to size. I am a C-DD, but a B cup was huge on me. Their wired bras are good though, but I wanted to get away from wired. Have tried B to D. No good.

Is this sold in us or uk size? I am purchasing for someone who wears a glamorise 42G US the UK conversion on the tag is 42F.
