PullRite2400 ISR Series Superlite 20K Fifth Wheel Hitch

It only took four hours for me to install it. So far we have about twelve thousand miles on it and is so easy for this old man to remove it for storage. I highly recommend the 2400.

Just used my new PullRite hitch. I pull a 32ft 14K LBS Dry weight. Add it worked as expected. A couple of items to point out.1. The installation instructions could have had better pictures or illustrations. I called customer service and they could NOT answer my question with installing the ball plate over my king ping. The king pin fits thru the whole. Customer service said it does NOT go over. This looks obvious that it has to but mine did NOT fit over the king pin head. I had to grind my king pin down some to fit into the whole. I informed customer service and i said make sure to update the manual. Well , we all know where that went, yada, yada.2. The guide bowl could be larger. You still have to be pretty dead on. But it does work.3. It does fit into my old truck bed rails, but i had to loosed all the bolts to move it a smidgen. I still had to grind the opening some to fit. The base unit pin mounts are thicker than my old hitch base.4. It is light weight to remove the hitch!!! That alone was worth it.

Easy install on existing rails, and just as easy to remove. 50lbs and 4 pins and your done.

I like all the usual, weight, ease of use and ability to see actual hook up in rear window. Has on problems with angled hook ups.

Got this to replace my Pullrite Superglide which was hard to line up to hook up. And to remove easily when I needed to use my pickup bed. The super lite weighs only 50lbs., so it’s easy to remove when needed. It has almost the same turn radius as the Super glide. The hitch ball sets about 6” ahead of the old king pin, so you get some more turning radius here. I’d say I get about 85 degrees of turning radius as compared to a little over 90 degrees with the Superglide. Works’ great.

Easy install, light weight makes it easy to remove when not towing. Greatly reduced “clunking” when towing. Fit right out of the box.

2/5/19 Just finished our first trip using the 2400. I love how easy it is to hook up and unhook. No more guessing if it is really locked or not. I had a Curt slide hitch that unlocked while I was pulling out of my driveway! I also noticed that there was little to no chucking going down some terrible roads near New Orleans. My only complaint with the hitch is the lack of anywhere to hook the emergency brake cord to the hitch. I ended up buying a release clip (for holding keys etc.} and attaching it to the mounting rail in the bed of the truck. It works great. I would highly recommend this hitch. It saves so much time and is fool proof on the locking mechanism. Plus it is easy to remove from the truck.
