Pathfinder: Heroes & Villians Pawn Collection - English Game – 1 Jan. 2017

I think these work just as well as minis.The artwork is top notch, whatever races your players are they will find something to use. The Halfling and Gnomes perhaps have the least selection. There are also Rakshaka, Drow, foxlike/snakelike beings plus many more for some cool looking villains.Someone complained about the artwork being cut off? The artwork is fitted onto the pawn as best it can, were it to have little bits sticking out it would fray and come apart too easily. There is no problem with the artwork.

Die Figuren sind allesamt hervorragend dargestellt und das Material ist schön robust damit es nicht gleich umkippt. Natürlich sind die Aufsteller hier kein Vergleich zu 'richtigen' Figuren, aber für alle die sich soetwas nicht leisten können/wollen oder die gerade erst mit Pathfinder beginnen, ist es super. Auch wenn der Preis (bei mir knapp 30€) sich erst einmal recht teuer anhört, bietet das Paket genug Aufsteller für ein dutzend Kampagnen. Das einzige Manko für mich ist, dass die Auswahl an Figuren für Halblinge und Gnome leider etwas unterrepräsentiert ist. Dort sind jeweils nur 10 Aufsteller vorhanden.Dennoch gibts von mir eine absolute empfehlung!

Los Pathfinder Pawns de Paizo son la mejor solución para conseguir material a precio más accesible que las miniaturas de plástico, ahora un gran problema siempre fue conseguir Pawns para NPC's o Players dado a que mayormente son enemigos, PATHFINDER PAWNS: HEROES & VILLANS es la mejor solución para tener un catálogo completo de personajes que sustituirán a tus jugadores y alimentarán personajes en tus aventuras.

Para verdaderos fans del rol de fantasía medieval es muy útil para tener aún más pawn en los que buscar para representar a tu PJ o PNJ

I own a dozen of these Map Packs, produced over the past five years (older ones are not laminated). I will be buying several more. Paizo's products are superior. I do own two of the Flip Mats, and find those more difficult to work with unless you have a clear Plexiglas/Acrylic covering over them. I prefer these card stock tiles much more as I can CUSTOMIZE the scene for the setting or play space, the flip mats require more table space. These can combine with other sets as well and thus open MANY MORE OPTIONS. Do know that, not being covered they may move during play incidentally. I would gladly take that versus the thicker DnD boxed map tiles as the Map Pack requires much lets to readjust. The ARTWORK easily compares to them, and thus make a better product overall. I use both figures (metal/plastic) and Steve Jackson's Card Board Heroes (with stands) but prefer the latter.

Good images, although they appear in other sets. No name labels, which I guys is so they can represent whomever, but makes it very difficult to find appropriate pawns. There are definite types, like wizards and clerics, but when I bought it a list of pawns would have been helpful in deciding. I find this less useful than other sets.

Great art and great series. But the layout and cutting placement is very poor in this set. Many figures have partial heads, missing weapons, or other key parts chopped off.

Even if you don't play Pathfinder these are great for any fantasy based RPG!

One of the best Pawns for players and NPC ever, a great compilation without the lore linked to them. A shame that is just mostly humans and reprints from other sets... But still, great if you want pawns for your players

My Grandson loved them, they seemed very sturdy pieces. That's all I know about this product !
