Gut health happiness
Recommended in the Gut Health book and I have had excellent results. No more heartburn or upset stomach as long as I take this before each meal. I tell all my friends how great a product it is!

Different formula -- bad!
Update 2026 The formula has changed! The new version made me sick to my stomach with horrible cramps. Having used and loved this product for over 15 years, I couldn't imagine what was going on -- so I called RenewLife. Yep, it's a different formula! Not drastically, but enough to cause severe digestive issues and pain. Draw your own conclusions!

Works wonders!
I bought these for my husband, as he often has digestive issues - bloating, gas, cramps - after consuming certain foods like eggs, beer, fried foods and lactose. Now he takes just one tablet at the beginning of a meal including any of these and has been having no problems ever since! Sometimes he even takes it after the meal, if he forgets, and it still works! It's been a real game-changer for him. I take one sometimes, if we're going out for a heavy meal or traveling. And it keeps my stomach light and easy too. These tablets worked wonders for us and we will definitely be buying these again and again...

The first time I tried it I became nauseous and felt like I was going to explode. The second time I took it, I didn't have that reaction. I'm not sure what to think.
