Not the same as in the store.
So I went to the store and bought a pair of Levi's Big Boys 550 Relaxed Fit jeans. In this size. They fit great.I then ordered these, thinking "I'll get more for a better price!"To my shock, they were MUCH smaller. Same model, same brand, same styling, same packaging.Went back to the store, bought the same thing again, and it was fine.Clearly these aren't quite the same pants. Buyer beware.Amazon was GREAT about it though, promptly refunded me.

14 Husky = 33W, 28L
Pretty good fit, as expected. Nice to finally have measurements for what I'm buying: 14 Husky = 33W, 28L They are pretty baggy through the legs.

Long length
I am pleased with these jeans even though I do feel they run a little larger than expected. If you could see a true to size W & L before ordering it would be much more helpful. Last year I purchased the 16 husky which by the tag is 34W x 27L which looked like high waters on my son this year. So these are the 18 husky which by the tag says 36W x 29L. I thought they were going to fit perfect in length since the 16 were a 27L by the tag and had gotten short on my son but they are really long on him. We just roll them a little since he is comfortable in the waste and with the roominess throughout the seat and thigh.

They fit! (Size chart)
Yay!!! My son has gone all winter with no jeans because I hadn't been able to find any that fit. He is 12 years old, 5'6" tall, and 105 lbs. He is not particularly skinny, just quite tall for his age, so anything that fits him in the waist (regular 14's) is WAY too short. For some reason, Kohls, Walmart, Old Navy, have slim sizes up to size 14 and then just regular or husky. I buy just about anything on amazon, but have never gotten clothes here before. Don't know why I didn't think to try it before. I had to go all the way up to size 18 slim, but they fit him perfectly. They are 27" waist and 29" inseam. (I found a size chart on Levi's website. It was 8slim 22x22, 10slim 23x25, 12slim 24x26, 14slim 25x27, 16slim 26x28, 18slim 27x29, 20slim 28x30.) Levi's jeans are good quality, as you would expect, and it's hard to beat Amazon's price. We ordered the "clean crosshatch" color (my son's choice) which I like a lot better in person than I did online. It is a nice, basic, classic "jeans" color, without any crazy wash patterns. The "550 Relaxed Fit" is also a perfect, not baggy, not skinny, regular, classic jeans style. Highly recommend if you need basic, nice jeans in one of these sizes. Planning to shop Amazon for some khaki's next!

Longtime wearer, but 14H is smaller than expected.
My son has been wearing these jeans in varying sizes for years, starting with an 8 husky, and just loves them. Having gone up 1 size each time we get more, he has been wearing a 12 husky which I had to hem. I decided he needed a little bigger size for the waist, tho he was not complaining about the 12s being too small. I ordered 14 husky and I can't tell they are any larger than his 12s, including the waist or length. These say the 14H are 33 x 28, & the 12H are 32 x 27. With the waist being a little larger, maybe he is wearing them a little higher making the legs shorter; idk. I've always had to hem the 12s, & they still currently are not too short, but the 14s would not need to be hemmed, so I'm a little surprised. I will be returning these for 16 husky which will likely be a better fit. For years, we have loved these jeans, but he's never gone up more than 1 size at a time. Got the size wrong this time but will definitely keep buying them!

High quality jeans that look great
We live in SoCal, and my son only wears athletic shorts. We needed some pants for traveling to the cold and decided that jeans would be the best idea. He calls them his 'man pants' and only wears them when we make him, but they look very handsome on him! These have some room in the butt for all his athletic muscles and he tolerated wearing them. He outgrew the last set of identical jeans (smaller size) and so we bought them again. This version seems a little lighter weight than the ones we bought in a store, but has a nice fabric finish.

Decent fit, pretty durable.
This is going to seem odd, but I purchased these for myself. I'm an adult, but because of a spinal birth defect I'm pretty short and am relegated to kid's pants and shoes. I have a hard time finding jeans that will withstand a fair amount of abuse for years at a time. I walk on crutches with a "swing-through gait" which means both of my feet are almost always next to each other with every step. I swing both feet through my crutches with each "step". That means the inside legs of my pants at the ankle are always rubbing and eventually blow out. These hold up pretty well and fit alright. My legs are short so the pants feel long, but they fit everywhere else well. I rely on the "third" pocket (I've also heard it called the watch pocket) to hold a multi-tool but the pocket on these are pretty small. The other pockets are large enough for my phone, wallet and whatnot, so no complaints there. I'll probably keep buying these, they're a good value and seem to hold up better than most generic brands.

Good jeans - but many sizing issues make purchase very difficult!
Levi's jeans fit and wear well...If you can ever find the right size.Levi's sizing quality control is extremely POOR. I've had problems every time I've purchased them online or in a store. The size chart on Amazon doesn't include Husky sizes, so I went to the Levi's website. Their size chart shows Boys Husky size 16 = waist 34, inseam 28. The label on the jeans received for the Husky size 16 shows - waist 32, inseam 28. Not many people can or want to suck it in two inches, so the purchase is going back. Bummer, I hate returning purchases!I used to purchase them at local department stores & there were always sizing problems. I started bringing a tape measure on every trip. I tried to purchase them online on another popular website and had to return 2 pair. Those were too big, although the label indicated the right size. I don't know what's up with Levi's, but I believe it is because they have so many factories in so many different countries, that no one cares if the sizes and labels are correct.

Really nice jeans
My son loves them and they look great on him. They're holding up really well too, no holes in the knees yet at all. Love the fit too.
