It takes a while to see the results but after 3 bottles, I see some sturdier nail growth. I only take 1 a day instead of 2 because I'm so highly allergic & am afraid of a reaction but I'd recommend it. I have truly rotten nails - weak, ridged, split on the ends, everything. I'll report back after another bottle or two but if you're sick of things that DON'T work, I'd say, give this a try.

I am not sure if it's working, but I noticed my nails are stronger and growing and I am losing a lot less hair in the shower. I will continue to take this a while longer just to see.

I've been taking 2 caps daily for 2 month now, and my hair seems fuller, grows faster, and my nails do seem about 30% stronger. I'm going to keep taking it!

I started taking this to replace biotin, which I thought was causing acne on my face. Since taking this (for about a year +/-) my skin is much clearer, my nails are stronger and grow like crazy, and oddly I think my brows grow in faster. I haven't noticed a change to my hair.

The delivery was prompt and the product is excellent. However, I do find it disturbing that the price has doubled since I started using it...within two years...that's a little harsh.An otherwise satisfied customer.

Nothing positive or negative to say. It didn't do anything for my or my wife's hair, skin or nails. Used over 3 months. I think that is long enough to tell if there is a difference
