This is an amazing door lock! Ironically, I did not get his because of my four year old getting into the laundry room which has two folding doors. But instead I got this because one of cats, the youngest of the two. She’s discovered how to open these types of doors. I simply placed this lock over the door when it’s open. Close the door and slide the lock over. Now I can keep her out of the laundry room! The fit was perfect and it does come with a spacer in case your door is not as wide. Ease to remove, just slide back and forth. Functional and simple. Best of both worlds. Definitely worth the money. In fact, I had to purchase this lock again shorty after because the same cat was opening the single door where the water heater and air handler are stored. Definitely worth the purchase if you have a curious little one or cat or both!

These are amazing. My cats kept getting into closets did not want them in and the pantry. These easily popped right on the door, hardly noticeable, and fully functional. No installation needed. Well worth the Money, and now I don’t have cats breaking into the pantry.

What an ingenious item. This kept the cats from opening the bifold doors really well & so easy to use.

It’s a very simple device that keeps cats out of my closet. I’m going to buy more for my other closets and pantry. I recommend trying this without the extra plastic backing first. I have thicker doors and almost couldn’t get it off. Fits and slides just fine without the extra plastic panel. 4 stars because it’s sturdy enough for me and the cats, but if someone gave the door a hard yank while the slide is securing the door, I think it might snap. The wand is also flimsy and I think would easily snap.

Perfect to keep toddler out of our entry way closet! Slide on and off easily, easy for just about anyone to use and no worries about him figuring it out since it’s so high. Very inexpensive but good quality, highly recommend!

This helps keep my 2 year old grandson out ot the pantry. Easy to install. Works for us. It’s pretty tough still keeping him out (haha). Thank you. Mr G

Works great the cats would open the door now they cant. Also the ac would sometimes open the door i put one on backwards so you could open it from both sides its recommended however im not sure if a kid forced it if it would break. I got it for cats not kids

It works perfectly for bifold doors. The lock feels strong and well made, and installation was simple and quick without tools. Once installed, it holds the door securely in place and does exactly what it’s supposed to do.

This product is a stroke of genius. It does not stick on the door, but you put it on the top of the door and can slide it over the bi-fold section of the door and it stops the door from opening. We use this to stop our dog from pressing on the door and opening it, getting in to things it should not!

The only thing that could be improved is that a rod would be useful on both sides so that you can move it easily from either side of the door & the piece that holds the rod stops the opening of the door fully as it protruded too much.

This has been a brilliant find as could not find anything that worked or was substantial for a bathroom bi fold to keep secure and private. So so pleased with this.
