Mario Camacho Nonpareille Capers, 3.5-Ounce Jars (Packaging may vary)

I love capers and honestly, most capers taste the exact same. This jar is small (stands almost 3.5 inches in height) but is still a better value compared to other jars/brands out there, and the flavor of capers also go a long way. My favorite way to use capers is mixed into pasta tossed with olive oil, garlic and lemon juice. These are also great with leafy salads/dressings and cold pasta salads.

The other brand of capers that WF sells taste a little better but these come in a jar with a wide opening which makes getting just a few out with a fork easier.

Noticed some grime built up around the lid. Also saw the brine was at a really low level in the jar. As I was inspecting the bottle and before I even tried to open it, I noticed liquid on my fingers. Jar was leaking. Had to throw them out. Seems like a fairly common issue with this brand/seller.

The description said it's brined in vinegar and sea salt, but there is zero vinegar in this product. Water is listed.
