The foam tap works well. It does adjust a larger hat to fit a smaller person. Without spending alot of money.

Twenty odd years I bought a Western hat at a Western Store. The hats in the store were mounted on a wall and the hat I picked was a nice Stetson that had been marked down. I have a small head, size 6⅞, the hat was a size 7. I've worn it very infrequently over the years because it was simply too darn big for me. Well, my size tape arriver today. I ran the tape completely around the hat under the sweat band, and it now fits as it should. Perfect - I'll wear it more now! Why not five stars - Well IMHO, The product is simply priced too high for what it is. Yup, it certainly works, but to expensive.

Did not stick to the hat brim. Just returned the hat..

I bought my big headed son an authentic (and expensive) Irish wool cap that he no longer uses. He returned it to me and I had to figure out how to resize it. This tape was the prefect solution. It adhered well to the inside liner and gave me a comfortable fit that kept the cap from falling over my ears. A very inexpensive yet effective solution.

I used it for my new hat as it was a little big on me. I was very satisfied with how it stuck on and it was comfortable on my head.

The adhesive on the tape didn't adhere to the inside rim of my hat. Someone sewed the tape to the hat in order that it would stay in place.

Most useless product to reduce hat sizes. Don’t waste your money.
