Yes, it is. I didn't really care for that probiotic. It's very hard on your stomach. Also expensive! Use Florastor. It's vegan, and a bit cheaper.

Are they easy to swallow?

They are a soft capsule that is filled with the ingredients. Not a hard tablet or gel cap. I found then easy to swallow. Hope this was helpful..

Hi, Asprega doesn’t need to be refrigerated. It has stabilizers so no need.
