CCM Certification Study Guide 2019-2020: Certified Case Manager Test Preparation and Practice Questions for the CCM Certification Exam

I enjoyed this book. The layout was user-friendly and I liked how the content was organized by chapters. I love having the test questions throughout the chapters with answers/explanations at the end of that chapter. I liked how the fonts were changed throughout the chapters. The use of bold fonts made reading easier. Overall, the mixture of fonts made reading easy to follow. The grey box magnifying glass information was also very nice as important info to focus on. I love the final test at the end with answers following the end of the test. My goal was to find a book that was easy to read and understand so I could quickly learn everything I need in order to pass the CCM exam. My goal was met when I read this book. I have the confidence I need to pass. I wouldn’t change anything about this book.

This was all I used and I passed first try. I read the book cover to cover once and reviewed sections I noted the second time. I did do the practice exam that you can access online but I don't feel like it was necessary. I worked in community case management (not hospital, workers comp, or insurance) for 3 years prior to taking the exam. Highly recommend if the price is discounted like it was when I purchased. At a price point over $35 I can't say I'd recommend this OVER another guide.

I have to say I really liked this book. The context was easy to read and understand, as were the examples given. I also really liked how each section has a question at the end of it. It helps you verify if you fully understand the context you just finished reading. The beginning of the book educates you on how many questions pertain to each topic on the actual test. I would say it's a good idea to take a pretest so that are aware of your weaknesses and strengths. Then it will allow u to know which chapters to review first and most. There's a 150 question test in the back of the book and there's also a free one on their website which they provide in the back of the book. I realized that doing 300 questions really helped me review all the content that I needed. I took the CCMC test back 2017 and failed it after paying for the expensive guide from CMBOK online. It was information overload for me. This book really helps u focus on the most important components of the test. I only used this book to study this time and I just passed my Test Today! I also feel like I learned so much that I can apply to my current CM job.

I was shocked that this study guide was so much better than the $50 book I bought. It is organized well, and is very thorough! The only issue is that the test questions at the end are not numbered correctly, making the answer key difficult as the numbers do not match up.

On 5/5/2019 I purchased the CCM Certification study guide 2019-2020 via Amazon. I was impressed by all the positive reviews from previous customers.My goal is to have the best products on the market to pass the CCM exam and I have accomplished that goal choosing this product

Would not purchase this product again. If you are working as a case manager the information in this book should already be known to you. I did not use this book to pass the exam. I simply purchased a practice exam from CCMC, took that, and then took the exam and passed.

Well organized and easy to read and study from. I have both the kindle and book versions and I can study from both. Glad I purchased them.

I used this book and passed the test. It is a REVIEW and I suggest looking up material you are not sure about in other books, ie; Medicare etc. Otherwise it is easy to follow, clear and to the point.
