Get my folic acid and vitamin B together. Melt under in your tongue--no swallowing whole.

These are a great way to get the essential B-complex vitamins as a vegetarian, but why oh why would they add milk to the tablet, it makes it unfit for vegans!! Also the pills are very sweet. But for the convenience it's worth it -- I just wish they'd reformulate these a little!

I like the small size.

I've been using Trader Joe's B-12 sublinguals for years and they work great. This product also has B-6 and folic acid in it which is very helpful for maintaining proper levels of these vitamins without having to take additional supplements. The B-12 alone pills are better tasting but this product really is not that bad. It dissolves quickly and does the job. Product is always delivered quickly which is much easier than going to Trader Joe's to buy it.

These B12 tablets seem to work. They’re a bit on the sweet side but that’s just my opinion.
