Spaghetti

I did not know what to expect when I ordered this pasta. I didn't even know it was possible to make pasta out of chickpeas and lentils! Boy, did I learn. Anyway, the flavor is a bit more pronounced than plain pasta. This is a good thing, I think. The texture is a bit more coarse than regular pasta. It's not the kind that you can just "slurp" down. You have to chew it. In a way, this makes it more satisfying since you actually chewed. You also don't need to eat as much since the coarseness seems to make it more filling. But the best part is that it is good for you - high in protein and other goodies. I like it and have used it already several times. The other day I tried to use up a box of angel hair pasta I had. It felt like "sissy" pasta next to this product. Know what I mean? Try it. You'll like it!

This gluten free pasta has good flavor, although others like Schaaf’s is better. The texture is good - as with all GF pasta it is very important to not over cook it. Even 30 seconds makes a big difference.

We like the flavor and consistency of the lasagna. We purchased a 6 pack in October at $27.00. It is now February and the same vendor has increased the price by $7 to $34.00. I know we have inflation but not at the 20% plus this vendor is charging. This issue seems to be more common with 3rd party sellers at Amazon.

Horrible texture and taste. Avoid at all costs.

I will start off by saying, these noodles are a great replacement if you're looking fora healthy alternative to your regular noodles. I felt good feeding these to my family, knowing that they're packed with protein and fiber, and carb sensitive. There is however a little learning curve with cooking these noodles, to get the right texture. had i read up on them a little more i probably would have known that. but its best to boil water then add noodles, then reduce water to a simmer and watch them closely so they don't get overdone, otherwise they turn out really mushy. When cooked correctly, the flavor is very similar to a regular noodle. to which i am very happy about! The other thing i will note on, is that the boxes are very small, and I'm not sure how you get 4 servings out of one individual box-- we used 2 boxes for a family of 4, but there was definitely no left overs. however this is a health food so maybe portion control? overall, i did enjoy using this pasta, and i will continue to use this pasta in replacement to grain noodles.

It’s healthy. It’s full of protein. It digests so well. I love it so much. I’ve been eating it for years and years and years and it is my favorite !!!!! Highly RECOMMENDED

I like that they are able to keep my blood sugar lower
