We received your foot pillows, one for each foot and they made a world of difference in her comfort level. She was finally able to sleep through the night and be more comfortable in her bed during the day. Your shipping was prompt and the product is well made. The material is soft and comfortable. The Velcro straps allow for ease in taking the booties on and off and adjusting the size. This product really helps! Thanks.

I had 2 flat foot reconstruction surgeries. The last one left my heel terribly sensitive. i can't put my foot down when I go to sleep. I need to have a pillow or something rolled under my foot to rest. Having this foot protector pillow changed everything. No more pain. It is super soft and velcro strap holds my food in place. I am size 7 and the pillow is super big. If you have a heel pain or just a tired foot, I suggest this. My regret is that I didn't know about this. When in doubt, always look up in Amazon. It's there.

I recently had an ankle surgery due to a nasty fall I suffered. And I had to spend alot of time in bed afterwards so I bought this item. It is soft and doesn't get hot like other foot pads. Nonetheless I discovered three issues that could count as cons: first, the strap is not long enough, the parts around the ankle are too bulky and the third one is that my wounds are too sensitive and I couldn't bear having this material against them. The good part is that I ended wearing this cushion on the other foot that started suffering from heel pain after being in bed for nearly two months and would develope pressure wounds if it wasn't for this. So buyers beware but otherwise it's a good product.

I am confused about the orders for these heel support. The current order is getting mixed up with the ones I ordered last year because I used the "buy it again" feature. I received my order for 2 heel supports on the 11th. When I opened the box I had two items, one was the a heel support, the second was a butt cushion for a 10 year old. I contacted Amazon about the mistake because no matter how much I searched I could not find a way to contact the seller. So I have been wearing the one heel support and it has caused me nothing but pain. The place where you place your heel is a big ball of cushion pressing against the heel, plus I had some minor surgery on the bottom of the heel. I have bought two other sets of this heel Support and had no problem. I sent the butt cushion back on Tuesday and did not want a refund just the second heel support. But if the second one also has a big ball of cushion in heel area I will have to send them both back. Do not know why you would put a big ball of cushion in something that is support the heels and heeh spur. 16 May, I received another set of the heel supports, this time they were perfect. I realized what happened to the I'll made one, they were over stuffed and some of the stuffing escaped one of the rows and concentrated right where my sore heel landed. I was able to push the material back into the back rows. But I need to sew a backstop to stop stuffing from settling back. Now if I could get the replacement for the of the butt cushion for a 10 year old I was sent and I sent back.

This is the most comfortable and issue resolving heel protector I have yet to use. Never any problem with staying on. No pain noted during its use. Worn less than a month and a tear where the heel sits. Unfortunate for me the quality of the heel rest.

I broke my arm and needed surgery. Because of where I broke it, slightly below the shoulder joint, it can't be casted, I have a brace. I can only sleep on my back, which sometimes causes discomfort on my heels. I've seen similar booties, because of loved ones in nursing homes that required this type of bootie to prevent heel sores. I now understand why they all hated them so much! They force your foot to remain upright, not relaxed and down as it would be while laying in bed on your back. It really hurts the ankles. We recently purchased a bed that allows my husband and myself to raise our heads and knees independently of the other. I can't lay flat, trying to sleep on my back, my head needs to be up and my knees need up to take pressure off my lower back. With the booties on and my legs going slightly downhill, my ankles and feet are straight up, I couldn't bear the pain. I don't see how these are comfortable for anyone. They only cover a little more than half of the bottom of your foot. Yet your ankles are rigid. Perplexing how anyone can find these comfortable.to sleep in a bed with. In the recliner, slightly back? Maybe. I don't think my ankles could take it though. On my side, you bet. I wouldn't need them though...lol Like I said, perplexing.

I studied every foot support pillow offered... except this one! I read that the others generally had complaints of not fitting properly, sliding off, extra straps needed, not much good to say about them. Then, I found this one. After reading the reviews, I knew this was the one(s). I ordered two. My heels felt better after two nights, they're so soft and comfortable. And I probably shouldn't mention this, but I walked to the kitchen wearing them for a cookie run. No slips or falls but I don't recommend doing that. LOOK NO MORE... these are the boots you're looking for!

Bought this cushion because I’m a paraplegic and my left foot likes to rest on its side. I developed a small pressure sore on my foot from it, that caused my leg to jump and spasm all through the night keeping me awake. I found this cushion and wear it every day when I don’t have on shoes. The sore has healed and I can finally sleep at night.

It can reduce pressure and pain in the feet and heels. The soft material and velcro strap can be easily fixed on any foot. Very comfortable, with a lot of support.

I like this product. Seems comfortable for the user. Easy to put and gives nice support. The only thing I didn’t like is that the Velcro came off after few use.

We recently purchased a heel pillow for my fathers sore foot. Since using it he has been much more comfortable and in far less pain. From time to time the pad slips off when he is napping and unknowingly moving his feet around, but that was easily rectified with an additional velcro strap. The product is made well and fits his needs.

I purchased the Heel Pillow for my mother, who has a pressure ulcer on the heel of her foot. The price was affordable and does what it's supposed to do , take the pressure off her foot. I would recommend it to anyone who has to stay off their feet for health concerns. ie. foot ulcers, pressure sores, swollen feet. It encases the whole foot in a pillow like cushion. With a large Velcro strap it's easy to wear and remove.
