Great quality chilli powder!I bought the 3-for-1 so bought New Mexico Red, Chipotle, De Arbol and Mulato chilli powders - having previously been lazy and just bought off the shelf supermarket chilli powders, the difference is incredible, even after several months the chilli powder is still incredibly aromatic and bold.If you are a fan of making chillis and only use supermarket chilli powders, I recommend stepping it up and giving these a try!

These are great spices: powerful and clean flavours that really make a difference to your cooking!We bought the chipotle chili and three different paprikas - they were all stunning, and we are now sampling the other chilis. These are now our standard seasonings - far, far better than anything we have bought from supermarkets.

Received on time, the powder is sealed in four little plastic bag with a label on each bag indicating the content and the Scoville "hot level" grade. This is a very useful info I'm not an expert but the quality seems ok.

Great flavour filled dried chillis that made a top notch Texas style feast. 4 different chillii types and all with a distinctly different taste; a world apart from supermarket blends and powders.

Lovely selection of chilli powder and other spices, great for chefs to experiment and decent price too. I suppose the packaging could be improved but then I expect price would increase.
