The quality of liner, lame, and scraper is very poor
The quality of the liner, the lame, and the scraper is poor, so I would say this is not suited for dedicated home baker (me) or professional baker, but it's perfect for a beginner who wants to get started on making bread. It reminds me of the idea of "you pay for what you get", which never changes.

Perfect bread
Like the size. Perfect to make bread for 2 people.

I will try again lining the basket with parchment paper possibly helping to keep the shape
After the dough proofs and rises it doesn’t hold the shape upon removal to place in sheet to bake.

Basket is nice
The basket and scraper are nice. The lame is cheap plastic and broke when I tried to change the blade.
