I have very tight muscles not from working out or anything but I'm a chronic pain sufferer. This thing has been so helpful with spasms in my shoulders and my calves. I wanted to hold off on my review until I had enough time to 1 have someone else use it on me and 2 really give it a good try. I'm hypermobile and I subluxate my joints frequently so my muscles aren't always very happy with me. So this thing is kept right by my bed to use whenever I need it. No creaking at all, no noticeable wear and tear on it and I've used it pretty regularly for a few months now. Over all I'm very happy with my purchase.

this is easier to use than the shorter versions of roller bars. With this one you can reach your upper back too, just bend slightly at your hips.
