Used for bulk cooking and putting in freezer but the can split when defrosting

good value food containers with tight fitting lids.

Not as advertise in the picture.
I specifically bought these because the picture showed the reinforcing plastic oval stamped in the lid (similar to the ones used at my local Indian takeaway which are very strong and leak proof). These just have a flat and very flimsy lid that doesn't feel secure and breaks easily.
