How does this product compare to Mirilax?

Hello, I have used both products and have done research on the main ingredients.  These two products that you are trying to compare are completely different in that they work inside your body in distinctly different ways.  I am not a doctor so this is just what I understand about each product after research and talking to my Oncologists regarding the issues I have, which are due to Chemotherapy side effects.  Miralax or Polyethylene Glycol, is a powder that must be completely dissolved in water/liquid before ingesting.  It works by way of attracting water into the intestines to create softer stools, much like OTC Docusate products.  It is not a stimulant laxative and can be used safely on a daily basis, as I understand.  Swiss Kriss is a natural stimulant laxative and the main ingredient, Sennosides or Senna, is found in many OTC laxatives.  It works by way of, "stimulating fluid secretion and contractions of the colonic wall known as peristalsis".  You can often find stool softeners and stimulant laxatives combined into one product.  Miralax is a safe medication to take on a daily basis but there are contraindications for using a stimulant laxative on a regular basis.  They are safe to take together for occasional difficulties with constipation, as I understand it.  I prefer the brand Swiss Kriss over any other similar product because it is not full of other fillers or chemicals and does not create cramping or urgency like others.  With my doctor's knowledge I have taken both off and on for many years with good results.  One should always consult with their personal doctor before taking any drugs.  Not to take the attention away from this great product, but I have recently started drinking a tea (Smooth Mint Get Regular) in the evenings with even better and gentler results!  ...after all these years!  A word of caution:  All of these products are good if used per directions and per advise from a doctor, but they can be potentially habit forming or your body can become dependent. Question 2

What is the length and diameter of these?  Are they difficult to swallow?

diameter is about oh, 3/8".  They are fuzzy when you wet them (not slick coated) so my advice is let them fuzz a tad before trying to swallow if you have any prob swallowing pills.  These have worked great for me.  I take two a day because my digestion has slowed thanks to an overdose of diltiazem by an incompetent cardiologist.   I have to take a laxative pretty much every day.

Is it safe to take these daily?

I may be wrong and am not using this is a guideline for my own use but in the back of my mind the possibility of so using it is there.  Here is why.   After research finally found a reference to European guidelines about senna:  no more than 20-30 mg is safe for long term use.  Two SK pills have 8.5 mg

Will this cause my stool to be liquid or will it still be solid? Will this prevent stretching of the booty-hole in case of injury there?

The first part of this question is quantity dependant . The more you take the less "solid " your stool will be.   My advice would be, and this comes from decades of constipation due to meds, but I would start out taking two tabs per day, preferably at the end of day, after all meals and 1-2 hours prior to bed, due to it being necessary to be prone (straight up and down ,body wise ) for your colon to work best, because as soon as you ly down to sleep you slow down the digestive process, also you give yourself a better chance of evacuating and completing the process of digestion of that days meals by not lying down to sleep.  But as sleep is necessary it's more efficient to give the product a couple hours to work before signing off for bedtime.  If by chance you don't have a decent bowel movement next day, preferably before nightime, add two more tabs until you achieve this , again after the last meal, preferably an hour to two post meal and 1-2 hours prior to bed....
