I love this product I am a Cookie maker and I love love how the flavor does not bake out like other flavors or extracts highly recommend. I probably have most of the flavors she makes lol. Love the size for the price it's worth it too me the flavor just hits every time . Be careful please these are strong concentrateded flavors little goes along with trust me.

In my cooking and baking, I use lemon many ways: fresh juice, zest, lemon oil, salt preserved lemons, candied peel and this bakery emulsion. Each has such a different flavor that I sometimes layer them. This bakery emulsion has such special and wonderful flavor that I have created recipes just to highlight it and always have something on hand made from it to satisfy the craving it has created: pizzelles, biscotti, lemon sage biscuits, coconut drop cookies, ice cream ... I put it in cornbread. The flavor holds and does not change during baking, does not lessen, and because there is no alcohol as with other flavoring, it does not cause any unwanted reactions in batter. Only two drawbacks, the price and the bottle. Pouring from the bottle always creates dribbles down the side of the bottle, a waste of the expensive flavoring and the bottle has to be cleaned before storing it away. I have a drawer just with Lorann flavoring and have built in some racks to keep the bottles tilted so that they don't leak. No matter how tight I twist the top, they tend to leak unless tilted. I didn't think I would use lemon flavoring but decided to experiment and now I cannot do without it. Most bakery emulsions from Lorann are superb, but I have found the oils to have strange chemical tastes.

Good but wasn't the exact taste I was looking for. The bottle was sealed, everything was intact, and the taste was readable. I just felt like the caramel flavor that was also readable just had more of a butter hint to it, so it didn't really fit what I was looking for. I'm sure this will go well with other baked goods, however.

This doesn't taste like toothpaste. That's kind of a big deal to me when it comes to mint extracts. It says "peppermint" but I used this to bake a mint oreo cake from scratch and it was amazing. The flavor was subtle and not overpowering.

I haven’t used it yet.. but tastes and smells awesome! Made Italian cookies… Lemmon flavor never tasted so good!

ove lorann oils. Flavor is great and so easy to use. Made strawberry pie filling to can. Added about a teaspoon to the batch, and the flavor was great!!! The aroma of the pie filling permeated the kitchen. I use it to add just a touch of extra flavor to just about everything. Will order more different flavors

When I used it as a pumpkin spice extract for a chai tea drink, it had like a strange bubblegum taste to it, which I didn't care for, but when I combined it with a pumpkin spice stevia, it tasted better. In other words, I'm not able to drink it by itself, but combined with a sort of pumpkin spice stevia or something, it's not bad.

Great stuff. Emulsions don't evaporate the flavour like essences do so it produces a good flavour.

I really didn't enjoy this at all. It's more personal taste than the actual product though so don't write it off unless you're similar to me. It tastes very heavy on the cloves which I'm not as keen on in my pumpkin spice. I've opted for making my own at home and using about half the cloves recommend in any recipe, along with leaving out all spice as that is also strong on cloves.

Es schmeckt so intensiv...es reichen ein paar Tropfen um alles schön minzig zu machen! Absolut empfehlenswert!
