I've been using this product for a while now. I use it in the am and again before bed. It really does help keep ny nasal passages open and clear. I hear it also helps keep you well. Keeping the little particles in the air clean from your nose. It has really helped me in this area! I do recomnend this product!

Really good product at a good price.

A bit expensive but it does what it says. This is a great product. The natural anti-bacterial properties in the grapefruit eliminates the odor in my nose caused by congestion and it helps me breathe better. I pump four times in each nostril while holding the other nostril closed and then I hold my head down without sniffing for about 20 seconds, then I hold my head upright and sniff. I do this two to three times a day.

The first few times it burned a little bit and then it didn’t anymore. It does work and keeps my sinuses clear for about 24 hours and then I can repeat it.

It very well could be just my sinus problems, but the product caused a burning sensation which was tolerable, but rather than alleviate sinus drainage, in my case, drainage increased.

Well it worked for three days and then the spray would not spray anymore so it didn't work . Couldn't send it back , so there it sits on the counter !
