MTECH USA MT-602G10 Axe 10-Inch Overall

I normally don't do reviews , but I can say I am very pleased with this mini axe. I bought this and the SOG Fasthawk Tomahawk and I like this one better. The Mtech is very light and comfortable to use. The SOG is light as well , but it is not comfortable to the hand. For the price and what my intended use (which is to carry while hiking) the Mtech suits my purpose much better. I do like the Sog , but the Mtech wins my vote. It is a capable little axe for basic survival if needed.

These are awesome and come very sharp. They stick in wood quite well and its even possible to bury the handle point in a board. They are light weight and easy to throw. I think they are a bargain in most respects.The one thing a buyer should know however is that these are smaller than I imagine regulation or professional throwing axes should be. I think it would be hard to throw them two handed and the weighted back hammer is a tiny thin nub. It hardly has any weight to drive the axe though it is sharp enough to stick in wood (which should explain how thin it is) my only complaint is that they are too small and light, although for the price that is quite understandable. Otherwise a great product for a low price.

As a new collector of zombie apocalypse weapons i love love love this. Quality is amazing. Color is amazing.. Very sturdy. Def going to buy another so i can have a set.

I liked this axe for the handle, but at only 10 inches, it is way too small to be really good for anything. It would be perfect if it was about twice as big. Will pay more for this quality

Small, tiny, little, miniscule, and itty bitty

Great little axe! I don't understand people wanting to chop down trees with it, it is Exactly what I need. A small sharp durable little camp axe.

I have been into all kinds of combat, survival and self-defense tools (Guns, knives, swords, machete, tactical pens, Arnis sticks, Hanbo, Jo, and axe/tomahawk) for more than 65 years. When I saw this small tomahawk/axe (MTech USA MT-602G10 Axe 10 inch overall, 3 Mm thickness, 5 X 2.5 black blade, 610 handle style, with a pointed end and came with a blade sheath) on Amazon for a bargain price I decided to purchase it.Even though I thought the axe would be a little larger; nevertheless, I found this product to be a fantastic small light weight and durable multi-purpose axe. With all my tools and weapons I always test them out to determine how rugged and effective they are. This is a one-hand held small axe and though it feels great in your hand and it is easy to swing and strike, but because of its size it is not designed for big cutting jobs like a regular size tomahawk and axe. This product also comes with a cloth edge protector sheath to make it easy to carry.I also think the size and grip makes this a good close quarter self-defense tool if the situation demands it.
