EASY TO USE!
Very easy to use! If you are not sure how to use it just Google the name or YouTube. Everything is in Chinese I assume but great price and easy to use!

Mostly fine
Light is an LED, so very little current is required for full brightness. Mostly not an issue unless you are trying to track down a short circuit.
