Hands down the best and quickest seller I've ever worked with. As for the product itself, These are a great time saver as long as you have a metal work box behind it. The bracket is very well made but with the additional weight of a Cisco IP phone, the combination is just too heavy when using an erico mp1 plastic caddy bracket. We had better results using the caddy mpls bracket with the screw retainer bar, but the time involved in switching from the plastic to the metal caddy bracket negates the cost saving of using this mount. From a service stand point, there is no better mount. It just slides up and off of the jack. The other Cisco mounts have release springs that you have to press simultaneously in order to release the phone. Not exactly service friendly, which is the other reason that makes this a superior product. Again, it's worth noting that the seller is a fantastic seller. I received my delivery today and there was a hand written thank you note for my companies repeat business. Service like that is why I will always use this seller. This type of service for the most part is long gone with most sellers.

This mount (Cisco 8800 Series Phone Bracket by 8800phonebracket) makes hanging a new Cisco 8800 phone a SNAP when replacing an older phone. Simply route all of the cables through the middle, slide & screw this mount in place, and clip it on the junction box screws like every other phone.Why can't Cisco do this? I don't know.But, this bracket makes is easy to swap in a new Cisco phone in an old location!
