Does not work for pogo. I've tried it with and without my phone case... upside down, right side up... does not advance eggs km or buddy candy km. Adventure synch on, pogo off... just doesnt work with the app.Edit: after making some adjustments in my Google fit app, I was able to get the device to track steps in pogo. At first, the in game speed limiter for distance tracking was overriding the device and not allowing the distance to transfer. By changing the height in Google fit and maxing it it out, it effectively enabled it to bypass the in game speed limiter and track the steps. Make sure to start a new workout so you can verify it is tracking steps. In approximately half an hour, I am.able to accumulate 2.5 km in game and have tracked over 20 km in game in a single day without even leaving my house. Took some minor adjustments but ultimately am satisfied with the product and do recommend it.

Bought it in June 4th 2019 and had it last till March 3rd 2020. Will not swing anymore. When initially was being used the system was quiet but as time went on the magnets started creating a lost knocking nose. I would register between 4-5km per hour in the first few months but once I realized that using a tighter rubber band helps the system got up to 6-6.2km per hour. This was amazing for PoGo. Also the metal rods that sit in the black plastic arms are rough and have created grooves in the circular arms creating pivot points (2 to be concise). This hurts the momentum and movement of the swing therefore the plastic arms do need to be sanded down after 5-6 months of vigorous use. Buying different ones to try out hopefully they are easier and better than this and will last longer. I don't know if I'll spend my money on this item again.

I use this with a Google Pixel for Pokemon Go, it works almost Everytime. Still figuring out little tricks and whatnot. Definitely have the game off and adventure sync on, make sure it's plugged in before putting the phone on and swinging it, make sure the surface it's on is flat, and do not open PoGo straight away after using, I always open Google Fit first and make sure the steps load before opening the game. I also leave it on for at least 20 minutes before checking any progress. There have been a couple of times where it didn't count any steps despite having followed all the tips I just mentioned and I don't know why that happened, but for less than 20 bucks and having it work most of the time with next to no effort, I'm definitely happy with it.

Used this to hatch eggs when pokemon go was first released. Would have it go all night while I was sleeping, never had any issues of it stopping and it fit my phone in it at the time pretty well ( samsung galaxy 8 active) , just had slight issues getting it setup because the rubber bands would sometimes slide off.

Received the swing 8/12. Worked great for a few days. It’s now 8/20 and it doesn’t work at all (...with the phone in it - it will swing without the phone, but what’s the use in that?!?) It’s been sitting in the same location since the first day I plugged it in (and I haven’t changed power sources... started with the plug and I’m still trying to use the plug). It hasn’t been dropped, bumped, or moved. I’d send it back but I already threw away the box. Do yourself a favor... if you buy this swing, hang onto the box until you’re past your return period (if it makes it that long).

I have bought three of these. The first one died from my misuse(battery and power cable together). The next two died randomly for no reason. I returned my second one to get my third one. My third one would die everytime I took it to the living room but would work again randomly a week later. I have no idea why. It's currently dead because I moved it from my room to the living room ever so gently.When it works it's great. Wish it would KEEP WORKING. It's a shame because I got addicted to using this for Pokemon Go.

First off, it works exactly as described. It’s gotten my husband and I plenty of steps to hatch eggs in Pokemon Go since it’s far too hot to be outside like we typically do. I do have to say a note for the seller, just before I received the product I got an email about how to get the best use out of the swing and how to get it to work with Pokémon Go. I would definitely purchase another product from them and cannot recommend enough!!

I use it to hatch eggs & walk for distance on Pokemon Go game. It's a little noisy, but otherwise works fine on my iPhone 8 and my friend's iPhone X.It doesn't work on my older iPhones. It also doesn't work on any Android phones we've tried (HTC & Samsung). It's an apparent glitch with Pogo, not this device.
