This little cooler is great. Easy to use and the fan inside is quiet. It is not going to cool an entire room but it is great to cool ur personal space. Just add some water and you are good to go.

If you are in need of a cooling device or even just a fan, keep looking.I rely heavily on reviews when buying unfamiliar products and this policy served me well until this purchase. I was unaware that this gadgets even existed, but a few days ago they came up in my Amazon offers and I decided to look into it. Our days progress moves fast, you blink and chances are you've missed something interesting. That is why when I read stellar reviews I assumed that I was missing out on some marvelous piece of new technology.Boy oh boy, was I wrong. This thing came yesterday and is a joke. Now I honestly wonder, who are all these people, who gave five stars and wrote wonderful things. Really feel taken advantage of.This gadget does nothing. Please do not think that I am exaggerating. It really does nothing, but hums. Looks fine, sleek black plastic, plugs in fine, no problem there, buttons (and corresponding lights) work. And then - NOTHING! It cannot even function as just a fan, since airflow is nonexistent. You have to hold your hand next to it (less than 1/4") to feel any kind of air-movement (and that is on highest setting!). Honestly, if not for the noise, you would not know that it was on you desk (unobtrusive, I guess this is a plus, I am looking really hard for a silver lining here).I never knew that you can make something that plugs in (!!!!) with so little power. We have a few fans/heaters (purchased years ago for a fraction of the price of this thing) of the same size/color, their output is 1000 times more.....I tried it with water, I tried it with water and ice-cubes, I tried it on all settings, I tried it on the desk, on the counter, on the dresser.... It makes no difference.I printed the return label and will ship it today, really want the thing out of my sight. Normally I wait to write a review and this is only second bad review I have ever written. But right now I feel compelled to share my opinion asap. If it saves one person the hassle, then I am happy. It is such a waste of time, resources and means to send this thing on a round-way trip!To sum it all up, I have never in my life encountered a gadget as useless as this....

I mean this thing doesn’t do anything right it’s really small and blows very low amount of cold air on you I’m in Smart going to do and he wonders for someone who is really really hot I wanna really recommend it it’s probably kind of a waste of money again it does blow out cold air but it’s a small slow amount of cold air

First point is this is a low cost unbranded/generic product from China. Mine has the unpronounceable name MZTDYTL on stamped the front for example. That's not necessarily a bad thing but understand this is built to a price point and is not a "premium" feeling device.Second point, don't be mislead by the title. This isn't an "air conditioner". It's essentially an ultrasonic (i think) humidifier with a PC style fan behind it. It works like an evaporative / "swamp" cooler. Because of this, if you are using this in an area with humidity that is already pretty high it won't be very effective. It's also smaller than the 4 cup coffee maker I have on the same desk - it is made for spot cooling so don't purchase it thinking it can be a substitute for air conditioning a room.For what I bought it for (cooling me down a bit at work when the office gets a bit warmer than my preference) it works fine so far.My main complaint so far is I feel for a device meant to be used in close quarters the fan could be a little quieter. If it bothers me I may open it up and replace it with a higher quality one for a PC but I know many wouldn't be able to or want to do this. Maybe they could offer a "silent" edition for a few bucks more.

It’s very small and easy to use... but it doesn’t actually cool a room. In fact, the humidity makes it feel much warmer.We tried it in our 1-year old’s room which is about 10x10, and it didn’t lower the temperature even one degree. I went in there to check it out after a couple hours and it was so hot and humid. The room felt tropical compared to the rest of the house, which was being cooled by open windows. For reference, the day had been about 80, we put her to bed at 7, and it was about 65 outside by 9 or so. Not a crazy hot day! This will be going back.

I wasn't too sure about what this little fan could do for me but boy am I glad to have it around during those warm nights when sleeping itself is unbearable. Well, thankfully for me, this little device is really fantastic. I just feel the reservoir up with ice cold water from the fridge and turn the little machine in. The mist itself is obviously God sent and the noise level is pleasantly quiet. You can hear a small hum but that wasn't enough h to interrupt or stop me from falling asleep.

It's really just a fan and humidifier combo.For what you get, it is very loud, very weak, almost useless. I've compared and tested it multiple times to a regular fan, and I can barely even feel the difference. I've also compared it to my bigger fan with a separate humidifier in front of it and that is noticeably cooler than this.This is NOT a room cooler. It is a personal fan that only helps you cool down if you point it directly at you. I've tried placing it by my window to draw in cooler outside air and even that does not cool down my small room at all. If anything, it feels more stuffy because of the humidifier and I end up sweating more.My biggest issue is not how inneficient this is - I expected nothing more than a humidifier+fan, which I've tried before, but even this is too weak and not very cooling. My biggest issue is the price and noise. It is way too overpriced and loud for what little it has to offer. I can hear the fan running in my upstairs room from every room in my 2 story 2300sq ft house.It's just one of those devices that will leave you wondering every day: "should I return this? Is there really any reason to keep this? Are these reviews even real?"
