Ripped Off Don't Buy
Yotaphone would not work with AT@T, Straight Talk or any other sim cards. The phone would recognize the sim card but would not pick up any networks, The phone is either damaged or not unlocked. Just ripped off for $170.

it is really great thing. Admittedly
You know what, this is really interesting device. Sure, you need to get used to it. But when you do, it is really great thing. Admittedly, that may seem like a lot to ask if you focus solely on the specs -- like the 720p resolution of the LCD or the mid-range Snapdragon S4 Pro processor -- but it starts to make sense when you take a look at just how unique this thing is. There is simply no device like it. Like literary zero. With a traditional smartphone display on the front and a e-ink panel on the rear, the YotaPhone is truly one of a kind. There's one particularly clever quirk related to the E Ink display. As the screen can show a frozen-in-time frame even when the phone's battery has died, it may act as a saviour for those battery-depleted moments. Various notification messages are perfectly visible in the street whereas at many smart phones screens "faded" under the sun. Between other - well-designed and portable despite the extra display, useful pre-installed apps for news and social media updates or live dashboards. It is actually so much more, than just smartphone combined with eReader. I have never experienced anything like it, cool stuff.

Worst phone ever.
Luckily I don't own that piece of junk. But a friend of mine in Russia had a misfortune of purchasing this device. Phone started freezing straight out of box. Half of apps on it, did not even turned on or were crashing. It constantly drops calls. Battery life is so short, that you practically have to keep it charging. Also phone is heating up by itself, even when nothing is running. Seems that phone is grossly overpriced. And finally screen scratches easy (both of them) After two weeks of using it, it was all scratched to hell. My advice do not buy this excuse for a technology. For this money you can buy a normal phone like I-phone or Samsung Galaxy S5.
