Nice tasting orzo, made with semolina
Good orzo, used in salads and soup

This cooks up easily and in the time suggested. As with any pasta you can cook to the desired texture you prefer. It worked really well in the fish recipe I was making.

Quality Orzo
Just recently came to know orzo and oh my goodness this brand is so good whether cooked up plain or with sauces/meats. Cook time is fast! Much appreciated.

Love this orzo.
It's not enriched. Basic few ingredients. If I want something else in our bodies, I'll eat the food that naturally contains it or I'll supplement the correct form of it myself. Don't buy enriched. It can be not the form you want or it can be things you don't want in your body at all.

especially love the versatility of ORZO....in so many recipes...love!! The Montebello brand is something I learned about 10 yrs ago and have been using ever since.. organically grown grain in Tuscan hills...delicious nutritious and satisfying!
