Blinking gorgeous
Smokey, dark not bitter just about perfect! And not individually wrapped in plastic unlike the last lot i bought by another company which weren't nearly as nice.

Give a good long brew - at least 5 minutes then it's good
If you don't give this a good long brew time it makes a wishy washy drink that is utterly unremarkable. We've learnt that with a solid 5 minutes of steeping it changes into a decent coffee that doesn't keep you up all night.
Place the coffee bag in a cup or mug and pour over freshly boiled water. Leave to brew for 2-3 mins stirring and squeezing the bag occasionally before removing.
