Should have done this sooner

Sound dropping out
It’s was great for awhile now the sound drops out really quick ever minute or so. Anybody had this problem?

GM should be ashamed of themself for not putting this in there vehicles it works flawlessly.

Sounds great, calls are clear. However...
The only thing I'm having an issue with is it's not showing song or call information. I know my phone works because I have a 2018 GMC Terrain and I connect thru the Bluetooth all the time and it shows all of the information that comes thru even text messages. Is anyone else having this issue? If that part worked I would give it 5 stars across the board.

Great sound
Easy to install. Sounds great.

$160 dollar piece of junk
The first unit did not work properly and damaged my radio, for which the company said it would not repair. They did send a second unit and this one partially worked enough to enable bluetooth with my phone. Many of the other "phone" features still did not work. Fast forward a few months and the unit has malfunctioned again, draining my battery overnight. This required a trip to the Chevy dealer for diagnostics and repairs. Cause of the mystery voltage drain? The BT45. Cost of repair and removal $362. Thanks USA Spec for a $500+ adventure in trying to add bluetooth to my vehicle.

It’s what you need
This is a plug and play unit. Couldn’t be more satisfied. Definitely beats buying a new head unit with all the complications. Took 5 minutes to install.
