4 Size Medium…seem to be different sizes
I love this product! Though I am having trouble with sizing. The first time I ordered in 2025, I ordered a size medium. I did not measure my wrist. The medium seemed fine at first and helped a lot. Then it seemed to stretch out a little bit and wasn’t as helpful. A few days ago, I measured my wrist and measured at 6 which told me I was a small. I got the small and it was so tight it cut off the circulation in my thumbs. I kept the small because I figured at some point maybe it would work for me. My daughter needed a size medium so I ordered 2 for her and 2 medium for myself. I tried on one set of medium and it felt too loose. And then tried on the other medium and it felt a little too tight, but I’m sure it will loosen up as I wear it longer. I will be taking the medium to my daughter today for her to try on and hopefully the other medium-size will work for her. If not, I might have to return it for another medium. I’ve noticed some times even though they’re the same size the sizes can be very different. Still, I love the product and it does help my hands and my wrists immensely. I would’ve given 5 Star if I wasn’t having issues with the sizing being different. Just a little confused about sizing. Thank you for your product! Couldn’t survive without them! I would recommend them for anyone!

How do YOU spell relief? N-E-O G A-I-R-F-L-O-W !!!!
I have a job that requires repetitive motion work for several hours every day. Needless to say after 25 years at it, I have begun to have pain in my joints, specifically, in my fingers and wrists. I have tried several different kinds of hand and wrist supports by Mueller, Futura, Ace, etc. I have tried hand supports with velcro wrist wraps, metal supports, spandex supports, half finger, full finger, glove, glove with wrist support, and every other combination of hand, finger, thumb and wrist support item available. This is far and away the best support "glove" I have ever used. It is snug but not too tight. It has firm support but lets you move easily. There is nothing quite as painful as a support that is inflexible. It ends up CAUSING more pain than RELIEVING it. This "glove" type support goes down past your wrist onto your forearm and has extra support right in the wrist area. The thumb part is comfy enough to allow for full movement but stil snug enough to give you support in that limb too. The top covers the finger knuckles ( at the bottom of the finger where the hand begins,) which allows you to move fingers freely but also gives a little shelf of support there too. I have found it to be invaluable when it comes to knocking and scraping knuckles!!! There is a nice thick area of fabric at the knuckle area and at the bottom of the wrist which keep the "glove" from curling up or riding up, and a special tighter weave of fabric right at the wrist. It is amazingly comfortable and does not get hot no matter how long you wear it. I like the black color because if I don't wear gloves and it gets dirty it is not as noticable as it is with the other brands which are white or beige and you can get away with using it a little longer between washes. It is strong but does not cramp your hand to put it on as some other support gloves do. It kills me to think of all the money I have spent, rather, WASTED over the years on products for my hands when this is what I wanted , needed, and should have gotten from the beginning. Next item is the elbow support! It really has helped my pain! Can't say ENOUGH good things about it. Feels GREAT! Best regards, LKW

Provides support, Tight fit, good product.
Just to be clear, The product is the least tightest at the wrist and more tight near the space where the thumb and hand meet and the area above the wrist. Not sure if its just with the one I received but I thought someone should know before reading the rest of my review. Its just as a precaution. This may explain the reason behind my type of review. This is not a biased review. Its just my experience with the product. You may want more support. This does not "squeeze" the wrist in comparison to the tightness of other regions on this product. Very useful. I bought this and when It arrived, It looked too small like "I can't fit this!" small, but when I put this on, it fit just right! Its a stretch-fit. Just measure your wrist, pick what corresponds with your measurements and you should be fine. You can alternate hands and you will not feel the difference! It has versatility. Gives you a great amount of support. I cut my thumb on the side of it by accident. The bone stopped the blade from cutting it off. It healed but the nerves will never be the same. Clearly an accident! It slipped! The main reason I wear this is to help with the pens and needles I feel when I press too hard with it or hit the tip of the thumb. I sprain my wrist sometimes and its excellent for that too! Didn't think it would help for these issues I have but it did just that. Its a great product in my opinion. As for usage, your can wear a glove over top of this. If you have work gloves or its wintertime and you need to use this- No problem! This thing is like a second skin. Its so close to your hand and wrist that it will be contour enough to fit most if not all the gloves you wear. Its not bulky or uncomfortable. Pros: Gives support where you need it, Allows free range of movement for fingers. Allows your wrist to breath. Cons: In the dead-of-heat, you will still sweat with this on. Tight, snug fit may get uncomfortable after a while. Even though its in your size, may still be a tight fit and may become an annoyance rather than a relief. This isn't a bad product, its great! It all boils down to personal preference and whether or not you want something like this.

This support saved my professional classical guitarist career.
Best flexible wrist and hand support available. Being a 67 year old female classical guitarist that still performs publicly 2 - 3 times weekly, I needed something to "hold together" my hand and thumb. A hand injury many years ago left my right-hand connective tissue weak, very painful and less than desirable. Every doctor I saw told me to "forget ever playing guitar any more", "you are done - face up to it", "time to hang it up, guitar playing isn't that important", "there is no known form of treatment to cure what you have", "maybe we could try surgery......". Thank goodness, doctors have no idea what they are talking about. Solution: I first apply hydrocortisone 1% Crm, (available OTC) followed by a coat of zinc oxide powder (available on amazon) to my affected area then slip on this support. The support fits fairly tight but not too tight to inhibit circulation or coordination. The combination of the firm support from the device with the medicinal effect of the hydrocortisone and zinc oxide have kept me about 80% symptom free for the 2++ years since I have been using it. I am currently on my "3rd NeoG" (shouldn't they give me the next one free?). Prior to starting with the NeoG and HC/ZO, I unsuccessfully tried to find a support that would first of all STOP THE PAIN and work without getting in the way of fingering a classical guitar. With the NeoG and the HC/ZO, there are very few difficult fingering positions that I cannot achieve. If I did not have the NeoG, my guitar would be sitting in its case or up for sale on the internet and I would be hanging out at some day care center for the elderly doing arts and crafts with my left hand (OMG no). Many people who play musical instruments have taken my recommendations on this device. Even some persons who do not play an instrument. Besides all this hype, this product will not put you in the poor house like many other supports price tags that take you to the cleaners. I still live in the poor-house, but at least I am in a house, the poor house is better than no house.

Not good for smaller hands?
While I wanted to love this product, and loved the way most of the brace fit, especially the ability to form the metal around the lower thumb/hand to create stabilization for the entire thumb, having a nice form fit, it did not work out for as I had hoped. The brace caused the area between my thumb and forefinger, the soft tissue, to be gouged. I have small hands, and a small, thinner thumb, so when I strapped the thumb part around my thumb, it could not hold tight enough to stop the plastic piece from sliding down below the knuckle, causing it to dig into the skin. And I am not sure what that extra piece of strap is supposed to do. Am I supposed to wrap that around, into the soft skinned area, to prevent the hard plastic from digging into my skin? If so, it is almost as irritating and painful. If I could find another brace with the form-fitting metal, with a a thumb piece that does not go down and dig into the soft skin, it would be the perfect brace. For some reason, about 8 months ago, I woke up to my right thumb not being able to bend with a hard pop. No trauma to it, just happened. Went to the doctor, who said it was "Trigger finger, and told me to exercise it more, so I would try to use a squeeze ball, but that would inflame it. Had x-rays taken, no signs of any breaks or cartilage issues. He did not seem to concerned about my problem, or no clue maybe on how to treat it, so I switched doctors. Once again, x-rays with no apparent signs of trauma or cartilage issues, but another doctor who didn't seem to know how to treat it. By this time, my thumb doesn't bend/pop at all. It is straight all the time, but will occasionally bend on it's own, and I have to take a deep breath, and pop it hard back into place. Then I tried a holistic/herbal doctor who tells me it is inflammation, and that I need to reduce the inflammation in my body. I can accept that to a point, as many of my other fingers have a feeling of being swollen and some sore joints, but tests show I do not have arthritis or anything that can be pin-pointed, so of course they diagnose me with Fibromyalgia...... I take medication to help with the "swelling" and pain for the Fibro, and it helps the other fingers, but not the thumb. Due to my right thumb wanting to bend on occasion on it's own, and becoming truly sore when I use it too much as I am right-handed, I must wear a brace on most days, and always when I am sleeping - that is not a good way to be awoken in the night - OUCH.... So, my quest for the perfect thumb brace continues.... any advice from your own experiences would be greatly appreciated.

Awesome product
I ordered this for my wife. She has De Quervain Tendinitis and she loves it! I purchased a different one from my orthopedic doctor. It was not covered by my insurance, it was big in dimensions and catches every lint.. I also bought two other similar items on Amazon., I wasn’t happy with it either. But this is by far the best and very inexpensive also. Very comfortable and not bulky!

Doesn't fit well
I'm healing a sprain and the heavier brace my doctor sent me home with is more than I need, but going without any brace doesn't seem like a good idea. My doctor recommended this one, but it does not fit well. A small fits my wrist fine but cuts off circulation to my thumb and pinky. The medium is way too loose on my wrist to provide support.

Exactly what I needed.
What this IS: a graduated compression stocking for your wrist only. What this is NOT: not a brace, not immobilizing, not for your thumb, and not something that will work if it’s the wrong size. These are supposed to be tight. If it’s loose, it’s not working. Measuring and getting it right is really important, or else it’s just a sock. Please learn about graduated compression and how to use it before trying something like this. I broke my wrist about 5 years ago, and recently strained it again and the old injury is hurting again. I’m in constant pain for about 3 weeks now. I’ve been wrapping it with a sport wrap to get enough compression to stop the pain without making it worse, which is hard. I’ve used graduated compression stockings for years to control leg pain since my car accident, so I hoped this would help my wrist as well. After wearing this glove overnight, I woke up not in pain this morning for the first time in weeks. The graduated compression for my wrist was EXACTLY what I needed. It provides just enough pressure to stop the pain and remind me not to turn my wrist in a way that will make it worse. I also have been wearing it underneath the immobilizing brace during the day, as it makes the brace about 10 times more comfortable. As someone who has used a lot of compression stockings for my legs for years and know the ups and downs, I’m impressed with the quality, comfort, and effectiveness of this compression product for the wrist. This NOT an immobilizing brace. It’s a graduated compression glove. If you need a graduated compression glove for your wrist, this is wonderful. If you have a new injury or fracture, you might need an immobilizing brace, and this is not that. This is something to wear under one of those braces if compression is also needed. I just see all these reviews where people were choosing the wrong tool for their needs and getting mad and leaving 1-star reviews because of their own ignorance and error. It’s not the hammer’s fault if what you really needed was a screwdriver! Would you leave 1-star reviews for a hammer because it couldn’t turn a screw? No, because that’s not what a hammer is for. Choose the right tool, you’ll be much happier with the result. If you need a brace, get a brace. If you need graduated compression for your wrist that won’t hurt your fingers, get THIS. It’s perfect, it really is, and I’m ordering several more.
