What is the difference between the 4 blades for $111 and the 24 blades for $30?

Actually these are two different items -- the $111 is 6 cards of 4 (24 total blades) -- item #10518-CS .... CS stands for "CASE" -- it's a CASE of 6 cards, each card has 4 blades = 24 blades. The other item is just the SINGLE CARD of 4 blades which should have a suggested selling price of US$19.99 but the price varies on Amazon -- those should be the only two versions of this product : 10518 (pack of 4 blades) and 10518-CS (case of 6 packs of 4 = 24 blades).
