Simccppley Portable Foot Rest

This little stool is great! It is smaller than an iPad (just to give you an idea) but gets the job done and is very very easy to transport. (Somewhere between the size of an iPad and a Kindle so it fits in a medium size purse easily.) My daughter is 5'1" and in high school. She was complaining about back pain and being uncomfortable in the school desk chairs because her feet can't really reach the floor properly. We got this stool for her. She takes it everywhere and unfolds it for every class. Since she started using it about three weeks ago, she has had no back pain. She has small feet (women's size 5) and has no problem comfortably resting both feet on it. I think a person with large feet might find it a little small, but we love it.

I am amazed what a difference this little thing makes! I'm 5'3". It's very light weight and easily fits in my purse. I got it for the plane but haven't taken my trip yet, so I can't speak to that yet. But it's been terrific for church, riding in my husband's truck, and anywhere else I have to sit for any length of time. Instant relief of stress & pressure from my lower back. I let my chiropractor, who is about my height try it. She loved it and wants one! Why didn't I get one of these years ago???

This foot rest is exactly as stated, light, small & compact. It is exactly what I wanted. I use it to rest my feet when sitting and my legs don't quite touch the floor. It relieves the pressure on the back of my legs and makes sitting more comfortable for longer periods. The small and compact size make it very easy to take with you. I carry it in the pouch on my walker but it could fit very easily in a good size purse. It is not meant for use as a weight-bearing stool because it is not a stable surface.

I’m a 5’2” female and this stool works for long air travel. I like the lightweight, slimness, sturdiness, and compact fold down. Fits easily in my carry on tote. This replaced a previous brand that I purchased and is now my go to for long flights (due to all the specifics mentioned here but mainly the light weight).

This portable footrest is exactly what I have been looking for. As a woman only slightly over 5' tall, every chair in the world is too high for me. My feet rarely touch the floor. Any doctor or chiropractor will tell you; when your feet can't comfortably reach the floor with your thighs parallel to the floor, your back will take the strain of trying to compensate. This little stool folds up small enough to tuck into a large purse or a tote bag (4" x 8" x 3/4"), yet, it is as sturdy as can be. The only 'downside' is that 8" in width may seem a bit small for two feet to fit onto, some competitors products are a few inches wider. But it actually works out OK, and the small compromise is well worth it to make it so portable. I originally thought the price was a bit high for something so small but, now knowing how strong and sturdy it is, I feel it is worth the price. Several of my 'height-challenged' friends have noticed and asked me about it. I highly recommend it to them, as I would to anybody.

Quality - excellent Ease of use - very easy to setup and put away Travel ability - great; travel pouch included Height - perfect as it provides support to keep pressure off lower back while sitting for a long period of time. I did not purchase two, so I keep it in the car. Also this item is appears no longer available, as these are perfect for my friends who need them. I would like to buy more, discounted, of course. 😏 I hope

I have SI joint dysfunction. Plus, I'm only 5'1'', and those two things are a terrible combination. I love this thing. It's so light and portable. Yes, it's a tad short in length, but that does't really make a difference. Great for planes. Interestingly, I also find that it's a good little meditation bench. I was looking for one and noticed they're pretty expensive, so this is a nice way to get more use out of it. MAke sure to keep the plastic so all your stuff does't get dirty when you carry it in your bag/purse. Also, it's really easy to forget under the table.

I'm 5'1" and have short legs, so my feet never touched the floor, especially when flying first class. This put a strain on my aging knees, and after a recent knee replacement, I was afraid to fly for fear of inducing swelling by having dangling feet. This product came to the rescue! It's small, lightweight, and fit in my backpack. It easily opens and closes, and at least for me, the small size worked well for my size 7 feet. After a 4+ hour flight, I was still singing the praises of this little foot stool. I am very satisfied with the purchase and plan to use it every time I fly.

Bought this Forest foot rest as a gift for my mom who recently had hip and knee surgery. She LOVES it! Who knew that something so small could make such a big impact! This thing is very sturdy... I tested it out myself by standing on it, and it support my weight entirely. Also the foot rest is small and portable so you can take it anywhere and when folded up, and height was actually higher than I thought. Only thing that wasn't as good about this model was how heavy it is. It's not a light weight thing so you have to be mindful of where you bring it and how long you're going to be carrying it for. Other than that, very happy with this piece.

Really great sturdy little foot rest. Lighter and smaller to fold away than i thought which is just perfect. Locks into position. Only downside is the rattle in a quiet environment when setting up

Very portable and light. Handy when sitting for a long period. Had one many years ago but got stolen. Finally got another one.

I love my foot rest and have recommended it to my friends who also purchased. For petite women this really takes the pressure off the hips and makes sitting more comfortable. No more swinging my feet. It is very portable so you can take it anywhere. I recommend this product.

A great idea in theory but not practical in use. It's too light to stay still on a carpeted aircraft floor and falls over. My wife ditched it and put her feet on her hand baggage which worked perfectly. I'm now looking for an alternative use for this item which is well made and totally impractical.
