14 inch Cast Iron Wok with Flat Base and Handles

With the updated non-stick surfaces all the rage, I would like to show my support for cast iron. It's an all natural way to obtain the perfect cooking surface, and has been used for thousands of years. You can't go wrong with cast iron, as long as you take a few extra minutes in your cleaning routine to properly care for it. I have 3 cast iron fry-pans of different sizes that I have been using for over 20 years, and this wok is a great addition to my kitchen. The flat bottom is genius. It really helps distribute the heat and gives a stability I would not have imagined. It has been pre-seasoned, which really helped me to integrate it into my kitchen, although true seasoning of a cast-iron surface can only happen over time, and with proper care. I love this wok. And it will be excellent for frying batter and bread items with very little oil. Cast-iron skillets are famous for turning out perfect pancakes. This wok will be amazing to take pancake batter to the next level, and I can't wait to try donuts. Such a great investment.

It is the perfect size of cast iron wok I have been looking for. Retains heat evenly, cooks evenly, fits flat on my stove top and the non stick feature makes my cooking process easier. Cleaning was very simple as well. I followed the instructions that were given for care after cooking and it was very helpful. Great wok!👍🏽

I am in no way connected to this company but I will say this right now.I love this product.You can use it over campfires at home or almost anywhere.I just wish that it came with the wooden lid instead of having to buy one separately.I definitely recommend this product

Beautiful and works extremely well. Easy to clean with cast iron soap and treat with cast iron oil. Use it a lot and love it. The two handles are a great design.

This is an amazing wok that we purchased to replace a steel wok with nonstick coating that was peeling off within 6 months of purchasing 😡. When we got the wok I did scrub out with water and then coated in avocado oil and seasoned it in the oven as I always do with any cast iron cookware I purchase. After that we began using and I anticipated much more sticking during the first few uses but that was not the case! Have used multiple times with tofu, veggies and eggs without any issues. It is solid, works great on our induction cooktop and I plan to use it for years to come!

The wok is heavy which I like as it holds the heat at even temp. The wok was very rough when we first received it so I had to sand the bottom so it would not scratch the glass top stove. I then sanded the inside by hand with a 80 grit sandpaper to get it smooth which took about an hour as I did this by hand. I then washed the wok with hot soapy water and dried it and then baked in oven for about 3 hours giving a few coats of cooking oil during that time. Maybe 4 coats. Let it cool down in oven then checked it out and it was good to go. This is a great wok with ample room to feed a large family and would recommend to friends to buy. I do think the manufacture could have made the inside a little smoother.

Didn't worry about the few "bad" reviews. This is a beautiful cast iron wok. Just like any cast iron it needs to be seasoned properly before use. First I cooked a few pieces of bacon in it, ate the delicious bacon, and then rubbed the grease so over it, not just the cooking surface but the outside as well. Put it in my oven at 350 for an hour and just turned off the oven and let it cool over night. I made amazing fried rice last night , left oil in it overnight to continue seasoning and today I made enchilada sauce and nothing stuck or rusted. Do not use soap on any cast iron. It is best to just wipe down with a paper towel and let the oils stay in the wok. I am so happy with this purchase ☺️💕☺️

Non toxic and well made. Perfect to sauté or cook, very well seasoned and so easy to clean.
